Great vacation!!

My family loved staying at Sandy Daze! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay! The beach was beautiful and enjoyable…a short walk from the house and not crowded! The home is about a 15 minute drive from many fantastic restaurants and shops. We also loved that the home was in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. Thank you, Todd and Hillary for being wonderful hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach house. The house was clean it was only steps from the beach and close to the bay. I recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a great place to create memories to last lifetime.

The home was very comfortable. The owners provided things beyond a rental ex. Trash bags, first aid products and much more. Very clean and communication with owners and manager was a quick response. Highly recommend

The house was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well-kept. The beach was just a short, beautiful walk down the boardwalk. The are was quiet, but had everything we could ask for in a beach vacation.

Wonderful vacation spot

We have enjoyed coming to the Cape for the last 9 summers. We love the Cape Dunes community and this house didn't disappoint. The adults really enjoyed the Big Green Egg and the kids loved the upstairs kid room and kayaks. Would definitely recommend.

This beach house was great, comfortable furniture for lounging in the living room, very comfortable beds, kitchen was so well equipped, we couldn’t ask for more. We had a great month, and the best beaches in the world, just loved our vacation there. Thank you Hillary and Todd

Wonderful!!

My family has been coming to the Cape for years. It’s a really special place for us. Staying at Sandy Daze added lots of new and beautiful memories. The house was perfect and had everything we could possibly need and then some. We felt at home with the added bonus of the salt and sea. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Absolutely love it. The home has a laid back at home atmosphere. Easy access to the beach. The screened in back porch is awesome. This house has everything you’re gonna need. This is definitely our go to home for years to come as long as they will have have us.

Had a blast at Cape San Blas

Sandy Daze was the best house we have stayed in. It was immaculate, well stocked, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. The owners have thought of everything and furnished it for their guests. It is convenient to the state park, Port St Joe, Apalachicola and Indian Pass. Only takes a couple of minutes to walk to beaches that are wide, white, dog friendly, and full of shells. This was definitely one of our best visits and we have been going every year for decades!

cozy beach house

This house has everything you need for a comfortable beach vacation. It is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach and the house has all necessities for the beach (beach wagon, outdoor shower, kayaks, chairs, etc). Also within walking distance of “happy ours” a bike and kayak rental place. We brought our dog and really appreciated Having dog towels and dog shampoo provided by the owner. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this rental home.

Great get-a-way!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It is a lovely home and we were particularly touched by the little “extras” the owners left for us. My son was thrilled at the s’mores kit and astounded there was “grown up” chocolate on his pillow. Not to mention, my husband made mimosas on Thanksgiving morning from the champagne that was provided. Thank you so much for a lovely week. It was just the break we needed.

The house is in a perfect spot. Close to the beach. Short drive down the road for another excellent beach. Husband fished every day. It’s a great house. Very clean, well kept, extremely comfortable mattress. Kitchen supplies to die for. Ice maker!!! Loved the screened in porch. Close to Port St Joe. Short drive to Apalachicola. Loved it!

Everything was Perfect

My husband and I have been renting homes in this area for the past 12 years and I have to say this house was furnished with absolutely everything you would need and was like being at home. Not only does it have a very warm feeling, the owners go above an beyond to make your stay extra special. From the fabulous "Green Egg" grill, to the beach towels, beach chairs, blow dryers, paper towels, soap, and doggie biscuits -- it doesn't get any better! Immaculate & Family Friendly

When we first walked into Hillary’s beach house, I was instantly impressed with how clean it was! No sand in the corners, kitchen was spotless, light fixtures were not dusty, etc. It is by far the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. The entire house was perfect for our family - 2 seating areas, amazing recliners for winding down after a day on the beach, amazingly stocked kitchen, board games, kids room, list goes on. We had everything we needed from towel and beach chairs, to the forgotten tooth brush and aloe gel. It was just a short walk to the board walk for white sugar beaches, tons of wildlife/critters, and beautiful water. We will definitely be back!!

Love, Love, Love!

The time we spent here was awesome. We wouldn’t have changed or asked for anything different. The house has everything you need and we loved the quiet beach. We saw dolphins, horses and even a bald eagle. My husband fished on the beach mornings and late afternoons until dark. The weather was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the host was easy. We can’t wait to come back in October for more relaxing, fishing and fun. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to stay in this lovely home for your beach vacation.

Foster family togetherness and wholesome fun...play games in the cool,screened-in porch, take a horseback ride (right on the beach) while the sun goes down or learn to grill, bake or smoke on the Big Green Egg! We would love for you to be our guest!!

What makes this property unique

Private - pet friendly - beach allows you to relax, and enjoy all of your family members (Fido included)! Sip on a daiquiri with the ocean in view as the sun sets on the deck. The hardest part of your day will be deciding what you want for dinner... This house is 2400 square feet, with a very open floor plan which fosters family activities. The kids are going to have a blast!
