We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The is well maintained , clean and tidy property. The host was very informative and we had clear guidance about how to access the property. The views of golf course from the balcony are amazing. If you are looking for good night sleep ,as the apartment is next to the airport and in the flight path sleep could be disturbed for first couple of days. You could get used to if you are staying longer.One star down just because, on the advert the apartment is in the middle of medina but actually it is very close to the airport and takes about 7-10 min to the Marrakech centre in taxi. It mentions on the advert that it is 3-5 min walk from this place and that place but it is not.We wasted lot of money on taxi fares. So please be aware. On a good note we had a lovely stay as a family.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un agréable séjour en famille Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter une précision importante concernant la localisation. Dans la description de l’annonce, il est bien indiqué que l’appartement se situe à environ 5 minutes de l’aéroport et à 8 minutes de Guéliz en taxi. Ces informations sont clairement mentionnées afin que les voyageurs puissent situer le logement avant de réserver. Par ailleurs, les estimations de distances et les rubriques telles que « Découvrir la zone » sont générées automatiquement par la plateforme Abritel, et ne sont pas rédigées par nous. Nous comprenons que cela puisse parfois prêter à confusion et nous sommes désolés si cela a entraîné un malentendu. Concernant la proximité de l’aéroport, celle-ci est également indiquée dans l’annonce. Beaucoup de voyageurs apprécient cet emplacement stratégique, mais nous comprenons que la sensibilité au bruit puisse varier selon chacun. Nous vous remercions encore pour votre séjour et pour votre recommandation, et nous serions heureux de vous accueillir de nouveau lors d’un prochain passage à Marrakech.

Whilst the apartment layout is pleasant with good lighting, the house cleaning was poor. The balcony had bird mess on the furniture and floor, and there was bedding left to dry on the chair. The balcony light wasn’t working. A clothes drying rack was laden with bedding, towels etc drying and pushed against the wall (you would expect these to have been folded and placed in wardrobes), squashing/hiding a floor standing vase. Soon as we moved the rack to get to a dining table chair, the clay vase fell to its side & broke. We were charged 500 Dirhams for this. Agent/owner said the rack should be on the balcony, it wasn’t & still charged us. The draw on one bedside cabinet has screws sticking out due to facia panel missing (stored in wardrobe). Stains on bedsheet & sofa. Cobweb in corner in en-suite bathroom. Just looked like the cleaning was either rushed &, judging by the mess on the balcony and cobwebs, it was done a while ago before our arrival. Either that or it wasn’t cleaned properly. The location is nowhere near what Expedia claims. You are nowhere near the Koutoubia (7 mins walk acc to Expedia, reality is 1hr 15 mins) or Jemaa El Fnaa (2 mins!! It’s over 1hr) if you intend to walk. If you’re driving or taking taxis then you should be fine. Positives, the apartment layout (tho toilets are tightly squeezed between shower wall & sink), tv’s with Netflix, nice touches, good security. My advice, take a video or photos of the place when entering. Pool not used.
