Holiday house Balkenvilla Kolberg / Heidesee / Brandenburg

You can expect a cozy cottage in log house style with a living space of 70 m² on 2 floors for 5 people. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms and a balcony.
For our youngest guests we have a travel / extra bed and a high chair.
In the living area there is the spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area, fireplace, TV, WiFi, and a large bathroom with shower.
The large terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The house is located on a 1700 m² plot of land with a parking space south of Berlin.
Kolberg invites you to experience the region from the water with its own beach and boat harbor. The port has a slipway, so you can easily launch your own boat with the trailer. From here you can be in Berlin in about 5 hours. There are 2 water ski facilities in the vicinity. The distance from the house to the port and the beach is about 1 km. Our location and surroundings are also a popular destination for cyclists with lots of nature and the Spreewald nearby. It is about 40 km to Berlin.

Erholsame Ruhe in der Natur

Im Haus ist alles, was man braucht; es ist sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Umgebung einfach schön…. Seen und Wälder, kein Stadtlärm :-). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Blockvilla von Familie Frind war ganz wunderbar! Die Kommunikation vorab lief super. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Häuschen ist super gemütlich und besticht durch die ruhige, idyllische Umgebung! Wir kommen gern wieder! :)

Ein toller Jahreswechsel im Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Jahreswechsel zusammen mit unseren zweijährigen Kindern im Ferienhaus verbracht, und waren sowohl von der Ausstattung als auch von der Sauberkeit und der Umgebung begeistert. Im Ferienhaus gibt es alles wichtige was man so braucht und es war alles in sehr guten Zustand!In der Küche lässt sich dank der vielen Utensilien gut kochen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist unkompliziert und er ist wirklich freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war für zwei Personen sehr gemütlich und erholsam ( für mehr Leute eventuell etwas klein) … wir kamen aus den Berliner Alltag raus und konnten die Zeit so nutzen wie wir uns die gedacht haben Die Küche war gepflegt und konnte sehr gut genutzt werden..An einzelnen Utensilien war leider ein Verschleiß zu erkennen (unscharfe Messer) Gewürze waren erst leider nicht da … wurden aber GANZ LIEB SOFORT NACHGEREICHT :) Jederzeit würden wir dort gern ein Alltags-Ausbruch dort vornehmen

Liebe Familie Frind, zu einem erholsamen Urlaub gehören eben auch gute äußere Bedingungen. Wir waren fasziniert von der schönen Landschaft, das Wetter meinte es sehr gut mit uns und das Ferienhaus konnte nicht besser sein. Ein schöner Urlaub im Grünen

Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub mit der Familie. Das Häuschen liegt wirklich sehr abgelegen, da hat man echt seine Ruhe. Da können die Kinder auch mal laut werden, es stört niemanden. Einziges Manko waren die um diese Jahreszeit sehr vielen Mücken, die es uns Städtern manchmal recht schwer gemacht haben. Aber dafür gibt es ja Mittelchen aus der Drogerie. :-)
