Apartment ABENDROT in the cottage Zum Badestrand

Pure nature:
- second row to the lake and directly at the nature reserve
- ideal for water sports
- especially suitable for families with children
- A beach with playground and volleyball court is only 100m away

Living room:
Ground floor with living, dining and kitchen area. An internal staircase leads to the attic with a bedroom for parents, a children's room with two beds and a daylight bathroom.
The apartment "Abendrot" is the sister apartment of "Morgenrot" The apartments are cut mirror-inverted and are ideal for holidays together with friends.
The large garden can be used by both parties. Barbecue and garden furniture are available.

Environment:
You go out of the house and are in the forest, on the water or in the small village Prieros. If you do not have bikes with you, you can rent them in different places. As well as boats or other water sports equipment. There's a lot to discover. Pack your rucksacks, bike or beach bags. There is something for everyone.

Free parking is available directly on the street in front of the house.

Nice stay in Berlin Holliday area

We had a very relaxed stay in Prieros. Superclean house. Shop is very nearby and good place to visit Potsdam or nature reserves. Was really good in winter and should be awesome in summertime.

Schöne Urlaubswoche dicht am Wasser

Eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche mit unseren Supboards! Jeden Tag eine andere Tour auf den weitläufigen Wasserwegen. Auch unsere Paddeltour mit den Kajaks war ein Erlebnis. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und ein schönes Bad. Grill, Liegestühle......alles vorhanden.

Sehr schöne Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit schlecht

Wir waren als Familie ein paar Tage vor Ostern in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist toll und sehr ruhig. Es sind nur ein paar Meter zu einem kleinen Badestrand. Nach Berlin kommt man ab Königs Wusterhausen sehr gut mit dem Zug.Leider ist die Ferienwohnung selbst nicht so schön. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, wobei der Schmutz schon älter ist. Von der Wohnung geht ein unangenhmer Geruch aus und die elektronischen Geräte sind stark veraltet. Daher können wir leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Toller entspannter Urlaub am See

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gern wieder. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am See und man kann sie sehr gut als Startpunkt für Reisen ins Umland nutzen. Die Unterkunft selbst war prima ausgestattet und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation mit Familie Wehner lief unkompliziert, zügig und stets sehr freundlich

Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Und die Lage des Grundstückes ist ausgezeichnet! Es war alles in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden, was wir benötigten.Wir kommen gern wieder. Einen Hinweis haben wir noch: Im Sommer sind sicherlich Insektenschutzgitter an Schlafzimmerfenstern sinnvoll. Es kann auch sein, dass es diese bereits gibt.

An alles gedacht

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit super durchdachten extra Features. Wunderbar für den Familienurlaub. Direkt am See mit Strand, Beachvolleyballfeld und kleinem Spielplatz. Besonders Klasse sind die Boote zum wirklich günstigen Ausleihen mit kleinem Trailer, Riesenwaschmaschine mit Turbo Funktion, Wasserhahn im Garten zum sandige Füße abspülen und natürlich Grill und Gartenmöbel zum Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das ist auch wichtig, da die Gastronomische Auswahl im direkten Umfeld eher klein ist. Aber dafür ist es sehr ruhig und die beiden Bäcker im Nachbarort haben eine tolle Auswahl fürs Frühstück. Kleiner Nahkauf ist im Ort, dort gibt es alles, was man braucht. In der Wohnung selbst gibt es eine schöne Auswahl an Infomaterialien und gutes Internet, sodass die Inspirationen nicht ausgehen. Ein rundum toller Urlaub.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub war unkompliziert. Es gibt viel Natur um die Wohnung und die Nähe zum See ist genial. Ausflüge nach Berlin und Potsdam sind sehr gut möglich. Wir können das Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.
