Or bask in the sunshine on Venice beach or splash in the clear blue Gulf waters at any number of nearby beaches. Chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and sand toys are provided for you with this home!

Our vacation home is close to shopping, dining, boating, fishing, hiking, biking and golfing. Downtown Venice, a lovely palm-tree lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants, is a short 10 minute drive. The Legacy Bike Trail is nearby and stretches all the way to Sarasota.

Your dream vacation home is completely furnished. The fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you'll need.
Our comfortable open living room is equipped with TV and sleeper sofa and WiFi is available.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and the guestroom is furnished with a queen bed. There are two full nicely decorated baths.

Great stay

This was our third year renting this house. As usual, Bud helped make our stay enjoyable He was very responsive to our needs. The tile flooring in the living room area was loose and starting to lift up. He brought us a rug to cover the area until the issue could be addressed at some time. The house was as usual clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great time as always.

This was our third year at this house. It’s beginning to feel like home. Bud was his usual helpful self. The weather was perfect and the house was clean and comfortable!

A Great Place To Stay!

The property was very nice and much larger than expected. The owners had alot of amenities available to make it a very comfortable stay. I usually rent on Venice Island but liked this alternative because it was very easy to get to all major places in the area. The neighborhood was very quiet. I would highly recommend this property and the owners!!!!

Close to everything

Wish it was warmer (thats what we get for going in January, from Michigan) but the stay was wonderful. The home was clean and roomy and close to everything we needed.
