Great place

Very nice very clean. It’s a great place to stay. Had a gigantic TV that had Netflix was a big plus when you want to relax in the evening real quiet neighborhood.

Best VRBO around Venice area!!!!!

Pat and co. were accommodating in every aspect. Anytime we needed any assistance Pat was available and happy to do whatever it took to enhance our stay. The home is very clean and up-to-date/modern. The pictures don't do the home justice, it's even better in person!!

Spacious and clean home

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was well decorated, spacious and very clean. It has three good size bedrooms and an office. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh. The kitchen was large and well stocked and the living room area was comfy with an 85 inch TV! The location was good. It was close to beaches, golf, shopping and many great restaurants. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beachy New House in Quiet Neighborhood

This is a very comfortable house with 3Bd/2Bath, open floor plan, beautiful beachy decor, well-appointed kitchen, and relaxing screened lanai. Our host was very responsive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed having our coffee on the the lanai each morning and watching the squirrels at play. A big beautiful new 85" TV is in the living room, but a few more instructions on its' operation may be helpful to some. Host had provided some thoughtful touches like some toiletries, "starter" coffee pods, and laundry supplies. The beds & bedding were especially comfortable.
