Location très bien située

Location conforme au descriptif, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même un grille pain ! Le balcon est grand et on peut apercevoir l'océan. La plage la plus proche est à environ à 200 m. Toutes les pièces de l'appartement sont assez grandes. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés l'appartement était nickel au niveau de la propreté.

Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon, nur wenige Schritte vom Strandzugang entfernt. Fenster mit elektrischen Rollläden, Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Situation très bien même si ce n'est pas à 50 m de la plage comme indiqué... appartement propre bien aménagé. Vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine très bien. Salle de bain dans chaque chambre excellent. Parking médiocre, grosse flaque d'eau donc pas possible d'avoir accès à sa voiture sans avoir a se mouiller les pieds ! Pas facile pour se garer très etroit.... faut faire attention a sa voiture si on ne veut pas avoir de surprise......! A l’arrivée, personne nous accompagne, pas facile de trouver...

Appartement bien situé. Tout équipé. Tv fonctionnelle adsl. Propre.sauf• De nombreux rangements. Grand frigo. Cuisine pratique. A corriger ou revoir : Parking difficile pour se garer. Piles télécommande qui coulent (hs) Ventilation d’une chambre trop forte. •: Lavage au sol incomplet à l’arrivée. Dû laver en arrivant. Des fenêtres ne se verrouillent pas (salon côté droit). Évacuation XX bruyante.

Für Anfang September sehr günstig, die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Meerblick wird durch das Haus davor etwas eingeschränkt, aber egal. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft uns als bodysurfern sehr getaugt.

Die wohnung war nicht richtig geputzt, im schrank war es noch sandig. Das Wlan ist eine katastrophe. Der kühlschrank hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert, am anfang ging er dann nicht mehr. Spülmaschine war sehr alt und dreckig

Premier séjour à Mimizan plage, très agréable découverte. Le logement est idéalement situé et propose de belles prestations. Mention spéciale aux 2 salles de bains appréciables au retour de plage.

Auch in diesem Jahr fanden wir die schon des öfteren von uns gebuchte Wohnung in gutem Zustand vor, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die absolute Nähe zum Strand und zum Ort ist fast unschlagbar.
