Beautiful apartment house "Lili". In the hamlet Kukci 2 km from the centre of Poreč, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. For shared use: property 900 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and plants. Barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 100 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 1.4 km, pebble beach 3 km, rocky beach 3 km. Tennis 3.5 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 250 m. Seasonal vegetable from the owner`s garden free of charge for house guests.
2-room apartment 40 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 12 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Porec. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und einen großen Balkon mit entferntem Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr nette und freundliche Eigentümer. Alles gut zu erreichen , kleiner Laden 5 Gehminuten entfernt . Dort bekommt man das nötigste was man braucht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt!,,,

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Die Fewo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit der mehrsprachigen Vermieterin konnten wir uns sehr gut verständigen. Vom großen Balkon hatten wir sogar Meerblick .Im kleinen Ort Kukci gibt es ein gutes Restaurant und einen kleinen Supermarkt.
