High quality services. A traditional Basque farmhouse, renovated into two adjoining cottages with no overlooking neighbors, each with independent access and private parking. Small pets are welcome for a fee. Please keep an eye on your pet as the property is not fenced and there is another cottage on the premises. Enjoy excellent amenities including made-up beds, towels provided, air conditioning, and fiber optic internet. Set in a natural environment surrounded by meadows and the Basque mountains. On the ground floor of your cottage: - A pleasant 30 m² living room with French doors opening onto the terrace and pétanque court (northeast facing) with mountain views. - A fully equipped island kitchen with an integrated dining area and comfortable high chairs. - Dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, and induction hob. - Lounge (smart TV - fiber optic internet). - Shower room, WC. Cupboard under the stairs (washing machine). First floor: - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm) - 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 cm) - Shower room, toilet. Baby equipment available. Reversible heating and air conditioning are available at an extra charge (meter reading). Private parking. Private pétanque court and open terrace (250 m²), garden furniture, gas griddle. The two adjoining cottages can be rented together for a capacity of 10 people with access to the heated swimming pool (see listing number G931197). 8 minutes from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. Close to the GR10 (hiking trail) and 15 minutes from the Spanish border (border shops). Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago).
