Christmas Stay

Had everything we needed, it was “cozy” as advertised.With the wet weather, it got a bit muddy around the front entrance. With no pavement leading up to door it was a bit tricky.Everything else was great, communication with the owner was easy, the house was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family Spot

We came to Springfield for a family Thanksgiving and the Cozy Mansion housed Grandpa and two of the three daughters and their spouses (in our 60s). The open living space was great and having two bathrooms is always a plus. Only one minor complaint - platform beds are low to the floor and were difficult for my 92 year old dad.

Cozy Mansion!

Loved it! Quaint, charming and perfect location if visiting a student at MSU! Lived the decor, amenities and everything about it. Would definitely stay again! The only thing I would change, possibly add a step going up to the porch to make it easier for older folks.

Super Cute & Cozy

We loved our stay at the cozy mansion. Don’t let the small appearance fool you. It has everything you need and plenty of space. We stayed with three adults and two small children. The home is spotless and well maintained. It was stocked with coffee. We also found some great restaurants nearby. The only complaint is that the bedroom curtains are sheer, which limits your privacy and gets you up with the sun. It also makes it hard for the little ones to nap. The communication throughout the process was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

My sisters and I enjoyed a great weekend getaway. Our host was attentive and quickly responded to all questions I had. The property was cute, clean and quiet. It was as advertised, and I highly recommend!

Perfect location!!

We loved this place! It is clean and had everything we needed! There are 3 bedrooms, so we were all able to have privacy. (We traveled with a teenage daughter). All questions were answered quickly (within an hour)! Highly suggest this cute spot. Quiet location & easy access to most everything we wanted to do! Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Very clean and nice, but furniture and beds too low to get up and down out of. Front stoop needs a sidewalk and step up.

COZY is the key word

everything was so very comfortable and clean. So nice to have a kitchen to cook for my family, who I hadnt seen in 10 yrs. We all had a wonderful time and if we are to ever venture out this far again, we will book you again. I have a problem with a piece of mail that was suppose to arrive several days ago and it got lost somewhere in Denver. When it. arrives, can it be sent to my home address, I will pay the postagel

Cozy Mansion Review

The house was so cute and very well cleaned. Definitely got the “cozy” vibe from the moment we walked in. Our only complaint was the AC never kicked on during our visit. It stayed a balmy 80 degrees the entire time. The fans in each room did plenty of work to keep us cool though.

Name fits it perfect

We were only in town for one night and really weren’t in it for a long time, but it was perfect. Very roomy and clean. It had everything we needed and more. Great location, we went to a Redbird game. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Quick flip

Cute and quaint. The quick flip is pretty obvious though. The house leans two to three inches to the west. Doubt it would pass an inspection. No exhaust fan in front bathroom. No curtains in rear bedroom. All curtains are see through…makes it awkward with neighbors so close. Rear bathroom is all kinds of backwards. Light switches in wrong place, tile floor coming, shower seat is underneath the showerhead. Just lots of weird stuff.

Celtic weekend

My wife and her daughter stayed overnight at this property for a weekend to see Celtic women. The property was extremely cute and cozy as advertised. They enjoyed their selves very much and loved this place. My only reason for giving this property a four-star rating is the early checkout time of 10:00. Would like to see that changed to 11 or 12. Property host was extremely prompt and friendly thank you brittany! Awesome place to stay!!!

Good Vibes

Cozy comfortable stay. Easy to find and close to everything. The house is clean and my kids loved the hammock chair. It was also a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, however, we were traveling with older people that had trouble getting up and down, the beds are a little low to the ground. It was hard to see that in the pictures. I would also recommend adding some type of window treatments especially to the back bedroom. It makes it to where you have to wait for the bathroom to change. The owner was so easy to communicate with and contacted us to ensure we had everything we needed.
