In Soustons Plage, this pleasant semi-detached duplex house is ideally located just a few steps from the marine lake of Port d’Albret, midway between the beaches of Vieux-Boucau and Soustons Plage. Close to shops, the Pinsolle golf course and the cycle path, it offers a perfect setting for nature-filled holidays on foot or by bike, under the shade of the Landes pines.
The ground floor features a bright living/dining room with TV (no antenna: a computer or tablet must be connected to watch TV via the Internet), and a fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet, and a bedroom with two single beds (90×200 cm) and a wardrobe. The adjoining garage has been converted into a utility room with a washing machine and storage space for and garden furniture.
Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, each with two single beds (90×190 cm), wardrobes and fans. One room also includes a balcony and an additional sofa. A shower room with sink and toilet completes this floor.
Outside, enjoy a fully enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and table tennis – perfect for sunny days and relaxed evenings. The house accommodates up to 6 guests.
