it is our main house that we release for you to enjoy so fully equipped and very comfortable.
quiet in the countryside not overlooked in the middle of 2000 m2 garden without fencing and seen on cornfield and forest.
3 bedrooms with 140 beds and a room 160.
tv, canal + of which german spanish channels ...
2 large terraces of 40 and 50 m2 next to a pool 10x4 buried + solar shower.
bathroom with walk-in shower and bath and 2 sinks.
the beaches of hossegor, capbreton, moliets, old boucau are a 1/4 hour drive.
Spain at 1 hour, Biarritz and Bayonne at 3/4 of an hour.

Beautiful and relaxing holiday home

We were made so welcome by our hosts, who welcomed us on arrival and explained how everything worked. The house and pool was a wonderful place to relax before heading out for the day to relax on the beach, walk around the lake or shop in the local markets. Perfect holiday, thank you.

Spacious house with large pool and Billard

Fully-equipped 4-bedroom house with large living area. highlights are the large pool and the pool billard table. There is a table tennis and boule as well. Large Fridge with large freezer, induction stove, gas-plancha outside, ... Very nice hosts living next door during the stay. Problems are solved immediately. Waking up to the sight of horses and donkeys next door, premises surrounded by cornfields, which partially hide a factory-like building next door. The beds are comfortable, there is an AC in the living room and in the hallway of the bedrooms, but we barely needed them. We had a very relaxed time in Soustons. A big supermarket and some discounters are only a 5-minute drive away, restaurants as well. There ist nothing within shorter walking-distance though. It takes about 15 Minutes to the beach with the car. The beach was very large and not crowded at all in the end of June and beginning of July. It is only about 30 minutes to Bayonne and Biarritz, 1 hour to San Sebastian.

Très beau séjour

Un merveilleux accueil par des hôtes chaleureux et disponibles. Petits et grands ont bien profité des nombreuses activités possible dans la maison ( piscine, billard, ping pong…) dans une maison très équipée et au calme dans la verdure. La maison est très bien située pour explorer différentes plages à 15mn de voiture. Nous recommandons !

Super maison pour des vacances en famille nombreuse

Cette Villa est super bien équipée, la piscine est un vrai plus, les propriétaires sont disponibles et très réactifs en cas de question. On a été très bien accueillis et conseillé . La piste cyclable est à 50 m et permet de relier les commerces du village de Soustons en une dizaine de minutes. Top ! Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille à 8.

Belle maison bien située avec un bel emplacement. Piste cyclable proche. Piscine couverte ce qui est un plus quand le temps n'est pas très beau. Bel intérieur (le billard et le canapé ont beaucoup plu aux petits et grands enfants !) Hôtes accueillants et chaleureux, avec des attentions pour nous.

Superbe séjour entre amis

La maison est située au calme dans un espace verdoyant avec une grande piscine très appréciée en période de canicule… A une quinzaine de minutes des plages et des stations touristiques… c’est parfait ! La maison est très bien équipée, l accueil des propriétaires était top avec notamment des produits locaux offerts dès notre arrivée ! Nous recommandons !

Propriétaires très accueillants et disponibles en cas de besoin. Maison agréable et bien équipée.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, la maison est très agréable, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Attention cependant aux ferrus d'internet, le réseau est quasi inexistant, ce qui permet de déconnecter complètement !

Fantastisk semester i Les Landes

Vi tillbringade en fantastisk semester i Soustons. Hyresvärdarna var mycket trevliga, hjälpsamma och diskreta. Poolen och huset var över förväntan och vi kan varmt rekommendera detta hus.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une propriété qui nous a ravie. Endroit très calme, dans la nature mais proche de tout. Propriété très spacieuse, bien équipé à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur et permettant diverses activités. Piscine au top niveau. On a apprécié la plancha.
