We love placida area as there is easy access to beaches, golf, shopping, restaurants and bars! It's the best of both worlds whether you like to be on the go and busy or relax and enjoy some down time.

What makes this property unique

Unit 197 is unique because it's a corner unit on the first floor and almost directly across from the pool and fitness room! It's super convenient and inside has a very streamlined and minimalist vibe. If you're looking for less clutter and comfortable, clean and contemporary amenities, this is for you!
