WELCOME TO YOUR PERFECT GETAWAY. THIS AMAZING SECOND FLOOR TWO-BEDROOM, TWO-BATHROOM CONDO OFFERS ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME AND IS JUST A SHORT 5 MINUTE DRIVE TO BEAUTIFUL ENGLEWOOD BEACH.

AS YOU ENTER THE CONDO, THERE IS A SPACIOUS LIVING AREA, COMPLETE WITH COMFORTABLE LEATHER RECLINING FURNITURE AND A 65 INCH FLAT SCREEN. RELAX AFTER A DAY ON THE BEACH OR EXPLORING THE AREA ON THE PRIVATE SCREENED-IN LANAI. THE LANAI IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO ENJOY YOUR MORNING COFFEE OR TEA.

THE CONDO’S KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED TO COOK A GOURMET MEAL WITH EASE. THERE IS A DINING TABLE INSIDE OR ENJOY YOUR MEALS ON THE LANAI DINING TABLE.

THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED AND LARGE WALK-IN CLOSET AS WELL AS SEATING TO SIT AND READ A BOOK AFTER YOUR BUSY DAY. THERE IS ALSO A SMART TV FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT. THE SECOND BEDROOM AS TWO TWIN BEDS AND SEATING TO RELAX AFTER A DAY AT THE BEACH. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, WE HAVE PROVIDED BEACH CHAIRS FOR YOUR USE DURING YOUR STAY.

STAY CONNECTED WITH THE PRIVATE WIFI, STREAM YOUR FAVORITE SHOWS AND MOVIES ON THE ROKU TVs. THERE IS ALSO A WASHER AND DRYER LOCATED IN OUR CONDO IN THE LAUNDRY CLOSET.

THE COMMUNITY HAS MANY AMENTIES TO ENJOY WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. THERE IS A BEAUTIFUL HEATED SWIMMING POOL JUST STEPS AWAY FROM THE CONDO. THERE IS A PICKLE BALL/TENNIS COURT, SHUFFLE BOARD AND CHARCOAL GRILLS FOR OUTDOOR COOKING. THE INDOOR CLUBHOUSE FEATURES A LIBRARY, POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE AND A SHUFFLE BOARD TABLE. THERE IS ALSO A 60 INCH FLAT SCREEN WITH SEATING TO WATCH A GAME OR PLAY CARDS AT THE TABLES WITH FRIENDS YOU MAY HAVE MET AT PALM MANOR. DURING THE “SNOWBIRD” SEASON, THERE IS AN ACTIVITIES CALENDAR OF WEEKLY EVENTS HELD IN THE CLUBHOUSE FOR YOU TO ENJOY IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO SO.

Exceptional Place to Stay

Host was welcoming and checked to see that we were happy!. Condo was fine and had everything we needed. One suggestion might be a coffee starter for the first morning. Otherwise, the place had everything.

Wonderful condo

This condo has everthing we needed, very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The pool was great, there are nearby groceries as well as many excellent restaurants. Communication with the owners was outstanding.

Everything about this condo was great. Close to beaches, shopping, and other amenities. Angie and Mike were very responsive, home was neat, clean and exactly as in photos. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Very Enjoyable Stay!

The unit was just as expected. Very nicely equipped and accommodating. LOVED that it had Xfinity cable tv in addition to the streaming. Thoroughly enjoyed that! The pool was absolutely wonderful…just the perfect temperature at all times. The beaches are just a short drive away..and love that Publix and Bealls are right across the street. Just had a GREAT stay, and will rent again!!

Get Away

The condo was absolutely wonderful. It had pretty much everything you would have in your own home. It was clean, updated and roomy. Enjoyed every evening on the front porch patio. Condo complex was very quiet. Socialized with very nice people at the pool. Location was convenient to Englewood Beach, Gasparilla Island (Boca Grande beach), grocery stores and restaurants. I had originally researched rentals in the area for several weeks prior and when I decided to purchase this new rental popped up and I ended up booking it. So glad I did! The owners were great to work with.
