The apartment consists of a roof studio (area 6.80 x 4.90) with 2 beds, balcony, separate kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. The equipment includes a flat-screen TV and a Nespresso coffee machine. The carport connected to the house can be used for a motor vehicle. The city bus stop is 40 meters away, the lake shore in "Lindenhofpark", with free access to swimming and beach coffee, is around 700 meters away. Bed and table linen as well as terry towels are available. The tenant is liable for damaged and lost items.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden zum Wohlfühlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste bedacht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, sowohl fürs Wandern, Radfahren oder Sightseeing. Ein zusätzliches Plus ist die unmittelbare Nähe zum historischen Lindenpark mit idyllischem Freibad und kleiner Gastronomie.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Der Bodensee, vor allem diese Ecke ist ein guter Platz in dieser schönen Natur zur Ruhe zu kommen. Der See ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Was will man mehr, Radfahren Spazierengehen....

Urlaub am Bodensee

Es war zwar nur ein Kurzurlaub, aber wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es war Alles, was man braucht, vorhanden, einschl. 2 Ventilatoren, die aber auch zu unserem Zeitpunkt dringend benötigt wurden, weil es sehr heiß war. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Wir würden immer wieder gern in dieser Ferienwohnung Urlaub machen. Fam. Rathmann

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung, alles da, was man braucht. Wir kamen am ersten Tag erst sehr spät am Abend an, aber auch das war kein Problem und wurde möglich gemacht. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war groß genug und mit allem ausgestattet was eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, als Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Ferienaktivitäten rund um den Bodensee. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Dachwohnung mit unkomplizierten und netten Vermietern. Es ist eine interessante Auswahl an (Urlaubs-)Lektüren, touristischen Informationen und Bildbändern zur Bodenseeregion vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ideal zum Lindenhofpark mit vielen schönen sehr alten Bäumen und einem jederzeit frei zugänglichen Seebad gelegen. Hier kann man sich rundum Wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank.

Gemütliche, geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Paare/Kleinfamilien, die ihren Urlaub am Bodensee verbringen möchten. Das Domizil liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Ufer (schöne Badestelle!). Die Einrichtung und der Zustand der Wohnung und nicht zuletzt die nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Familie Thorbecke sorgen dafür, dass man sich schnell wohl und wie zuhause fühlt.
