I moved from Southern California 12 years ago and love it here! I used to live in this condo and absolutely loved the walkability of it. It is courtyard facing, looking out to 3 massive 70-100 year old oak trees that provide shade and peaceful views! Every weekend was spent walking down SoCo for coffee and brunch or shopping. The unit is also walking distance down to the lake for runs or walks on the water, and driving distance to the greenbelt! I love hosting because it is a great way to meet wonderful people!
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with neighborhood because of the cute Austin bungalows! I am in architecture and design, so I am always wandering through neighborhoods for fun. The condo is sandwiched in between 2 of the best neighborhoods in Austin!
