Nature reigns here, in an environment of pine trees, with the advantage of a communal swimming pool as well as a children's play area and playground. The studio, with a surface area of 25m², is on the 1ᵉʳ floor without a lift.

The studio is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area as well as a kitchen area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.
- A shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit and washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed

Outside:
- Opposite the entrance, access to the co-ownership's unheated swimming pool (25mX6.50m) with children's pool. Tenants have access with a badge. The pool is open from 10am to 7pm, from 1 June to 30 September.
The opening of the shared pool depends on the co-ownership and may vary according to conditions, particularly the weather.
We do not manage the opening of the pool and cannot be held responsible if it is closed.

- You are approximately 5km from Arcachon and 2km from the famous La Teste market and its shops and restaurants.

Activities :
- Discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district, with its turn-of-the-century houses, park and belvedere offering a breathtaking view of the bay!
- A little train opposite the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a general view of Arcachon!
- At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports, the port of La Teste or Gujan, or at the Arcachon market (bring a container if you want to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the Dune du Pyla!
- Regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées.
- The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
- A trip down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or take your kayak on your own.
- Zoo at La Teste, aqualand park at Gujan
- Walk through the forest towards the dune (ask at the tourist office)

Transport
If you are coming by car, there is a numbered parking space in the basement, with lift access.
