You’ll receive a welcome book with check-in and check-out instructions, along with your door code, one day before your arrival. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in at your own pace!

1. Pet Fee: $250 per pet (non-refundable).
The first pet is charged automatically. If you are bringing more than one, the additional fee will be requested separately. Pets are welcome with prior approval.
3. Extra guests: An additional fee of $25 per guest, per night will apply for any guests beyond 6. We kindly ask that you ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests to avoid any unexpected charges.
4. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation.

Emergency support is available 24/7. For all other inquiries, our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm MST (Arizona time).
