Remodeled home with great view of the Catalina Foothills . Open concept Gourmet kitchen and living room. This 3 bedroom 2 bath comes fully stocked with linens, bedding, towels, 1 air mattress, WiFi, multiple smart TV’s w/streaming apps, and includes a fully stocked kitchen-30 Day Rental. All guests will have access to the neighborhood community pool.

Minutes away from La Encantada shopping mall with great restaurants. Minutes to hiking, golf & biking trails!

All guests will receive a welcome book by email with check in and check out instructions. This will provide the coded entry necessary to unlock the door.

Rental agreement signature will be required to finalize the reservation.
$250 non-refundable per pet fee. Pets are permissible with landlords authorization. If there is a service animal please contact us and provide the documentation to support this.
Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited on the
ppoperty. If a party is held, a $1,000 penalty fine will be
charged and guests will be evicted immediately.

Stunning kitchen !

Fantastic location, awesome kitchen and very clean with everything thought out well! Needed Kleenex and out only real complaint is the 2 bedrooms besides the master just had a bed and nightstand - there clearly is ample room for dresser and chair. Elderly that came along really struggled with her luggage and personal items with where to put them. (We made do with the ironing board a step ladder and a box) We’d stay here again if we return to Tucson :)

Perfect stay

Loved the property!! Definitely would book again. Highly recommend!! True to what was advertised. Location was great. Very peaceful and convenient. Property manager was very attentive and helpful.

The house is as described, recently remodeled. We loved the location for our visit. The HOA neighborhood was nice for a quiet walk on sidewalks. It is close to a major biking/walking path for our dog. We were very pleased.

Spectacular Property Management Team

This home feels and looks just like the online images. Probably one of the most accurate stays I have ever had. The standout of this property is the property management team. We requested a few extras over our stay and they answered the phone when called and responded every time within hours of our request.
