Bright & Sunny Private Retreat! Renovated mid century home with private outdoor living featuring inground pool and separate hot tub. Patio has casual seating, as well as outdoor dining for 6 and a Weber gas grill.

Inside features vaulted ceiling, open floor plan, a new kitchen with quartzite counters and high end appliances. Dining table seats 6 and a casual breakfast bar to seat 5. Kitchen equipped with Nespresso, Keurig, French press coffeepot. electric tea kettle, toaster oven and microwave.

Primary bedroom includes California king bed, large smart TV, private bathroom with shower plus private French door entry for access to
patio, pool and hot tub.. Two other bedrooms both feature queen beds. The main bath has tub-shower combo. Detached casita has queen bed and desk area.

Clean linens and kitchen essentials provided. There's everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.

Hot Tub heat is included. =0ptionsal pool heat is available January -.March for $100. per day, April to September pool heat is 50. per day for the entire rental period at 85 degrees. Notification of option to be made 1 week in advance for your comfort and set up.

Lovely home ideal for family

This home is in a quiet neighborhood, and quick access to local areas - the Kitchen is well equipped , the grounds have great outdoors living w hot tub and pool and outdoor seating … there is also a cabana/bonus room .. the landlord is very responsive - house is well furnished -/ would return again

Family Christmas

Our stay in Marie's home was wonderful. My husband, myself and our adult son stayed in the home, my daughter and her fiance joined us for Christmas day. What a lovely home! Recently remodeled, the great room was spacious and welcoming. The home was very clean which is very important to me. Decorated in mid century decor, the home was very stylish. The time and thought put into the every day essentials showed, we even prepared a Xmas dinner with no problems. The neighborhood is tucked away and charming. The home sits in a culdisac with little traffic. Our family didn't use the pool due to rainy weather, but the hot tub was a welcome plus for all of us. One of our favorite house rentals!

Communication from the owner was clear beforehand, check in was seamless, and the house was a delight. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, the kitchen was updated and well stocked, there were plenty of seating areas for eating inside and outside, and the heated pool was a HIT with the kiddos. The home was comfortable and cozy- perfect for families. The neighborhood is very walkable and is close to groceries, the beach, the mission, & restaurants. The yard has lots of fruit trees- key lime, blood orange, avocado, and lemon. We had a wonderful time and would love to return.
