Our Affordable Beach Penthouse #6 shares an ambiance of modern elegance and coastal charm. The sun-soaked living room offers a 42” HD TV and flows effortlessly into the adjoining dining room and kitchen. Expansive windows invite natural light and beautiful skyline and mountain views into the space. Step outside to two private outdoor decks, complete with comfortable lounge seating and an electric BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco. As the sun sets over Santa Barbara, raise a glass of our complimentary champagne and toast to another perfect day.

The kitchen has been completed with high-end appliances that combine both style and functionality: a stainless steal oven, microwave, dishwasher and Calcutta stone countertops. A private washer & dryer are conveniently located in the closet off the living room, and air conditioning is provided for added comfort.

The romantic bedroom has an orthopedic king bed, ensuring ultimate relaxation, and French glass doors that open to a spacious, private terrace. The adjoining bathroom offers a shower/tub combination.
