Expansive windows bathe the space with natural light and frame idyllic skyline and mountain views. A cozy Waterford fireplace adds warmth and refinement to the space. Step outside to two private outdoor decks, thoughtfully furnished with lounge seating and an electric BBQ—perfect for alfresco dining.

The kitchen has been completed with high-end appliances that combine ease and elegance: a stainless steal oven, microwave, dishwasher and silverware, glassware, etc. A private washer & dryer are conveniently located in the closet off the living room, and air conditioning is provided for added comfort.
