Great location, and close to everything!

One of the things I loved about our rental is that it's tucked away on a quiet street... yet it's close to everything! The duplex was perfect for my husband and I to have a Florida staycation over a long weekend. We enjoyed some touristy experiences (the aquarium and trolley ride), and loved the location to be a central base for theany things there are to do while visiting. The duplex had everything we needed, and then some. It was just what we were looking for! Datz... walk there. You must try it. Delicious. Dough... honestly, I wasn't impressed. Flame Indian... soooooo good. Tampa Bay Brewing Company... a great spot. Mayday Ice Cream... stellar! Deviled Pig... tasty BBQ.

Clean, Comfy, Convenient!

Clean, clean, clean…did I say CLEAN?! Yes! Beds (entire home) are extremely comfortable and the location is convenient ! A/C works great in the Florida heat. There’s Datz, Byblos, Cru Cellars, Beef O Brady’s and a few more restaurants within a short walk. Having the full sized washer and dryer to keep up with clothes is a must for us! Matt and Brooke are wonderful hosts and we will return.

Great place

This place is so nice and clean, beds were comfortable with nice soft sheets. You couldn’t ask for a better location, so close to bayshore blvd. beautiful area in walking distance for shopping, bars and restaurants. Matt was very responsive!

Hidden Gem

Matt & Brooke made our experience an absolute delight. From unexpected surprises to being extremely accommodating with schedule and just overall gracious. Our family lives in a larger home but our youngest was quick to exclaim that this is "the PERFECT house!". We WILL be back.
