Super cute bungalow

The property was very clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable! We wanted to be near Armature Works and it was very close! Matthew was great to work with and very responsive!

I can’t even tell you how perfect this property was! Not only it was the interior designed so sharply and comfortably, but it was an easy walk and an easy drive to every place we needed to go. I can’t wait to stay again.!

Why they chose this property

This home is so close to all that Tampa has to offer. Walkable to downtown and our personal favorite Armature Works. Armature Works is an exceptional spot to hang out during the day and chill, and of course to enjoy the Tampa nightlight. The Tampa Riverwalk has seen so much expansion with our growing city and its highly recommended to talk a walk after dinner out at armature works!

What makes this property unique

1928 classic Tampa craftsman bungalow- this home has been tastefully updated with modern amenities for the new age traveler. Our favorite aspect of the home is the large backyard deck equipped with 4 outdoor speakers!
