Kölp - Block`s vacation apartment - Holiday apartment Block

Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bike rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located "House of the guest" are the spa administration and a library. The approximately 30 square meters apartment is located in the house of the landlord (separate entrance) and is suitable for two people.

Apartment Block:
The apartment is divided into three rooms: • a living room with sitting area and flat-screen TV • an integrated and fully equipped mini kitchen (sink, refrigerator and 2-plate stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery) • a small Bedroom with a double bed and �� shower / WCbefor the apartment is a small sitting area and a parking space. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The initial bed linen is included. Please bring your own towels.

Ich hatte zum Kaffee Besuch auf der Terrasse es wurde unfreundlich ,wir waren leise keine Musik keine Party es wurde mir untersagt Besuch zu Empfangen.ich kann mich woanders treffen ,es wurde mir vorgeschrieben wann ich die Jalousien öffne oder zu schließen habe.Das Duschwasser war immer kalt ,ich habe mir etwas warmgemacht auf dem Herd ,es dauerte 38 Minuten.Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus ...mfg

Wenn man eine einfache Unterkunft ohne Schnickschnack sucht vollkommen okay. Breites, festes Bett, Couch, TV, kleine Kochecke, kleiner Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Zum Zeitpunkt meines Besuches kein WLAN und relativ schlechtes Mobilfunknetz (Vodafone und O2) daher als Workholidays nur eingeschränkt geeignet. Niederdruck Wasseranlage, also etwas schlapper Druck wenn man mal Hände- oder abwaschen will. Dusche brauchbar. Ruhige Lage. Zum Strand 3-4min mitm Rad, zu Fuß entsprechend länger. Gastgeber nett und freundlich. Gern wieder 😃
