Nice cabin with two bedrooms, clean kitchen and bathroom.
Everything was pretty great - easy to get to and check in/out & clean. Just be careful on the stairs, especially with little ones.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Christine was very accommodating. The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. The local grocery store is 5 minutes away and all the great parks, Shasta, Lassen etc are within an hour drive. We had a wonderful stay here.
Cozy house that fit our needs well spending a day and a half near Lassen np. There’s a nice trail on property that leads to a waterfall with wild blackberries. Management was nice and accommodating. It’s a little tight for 7/8 people, but overall worked great.
House had holiday decorations and was clean. The house met expectations of a “tiny house” with a steep staircase and low ceiling loft bedroom. We arrived after dark and had a great deal of difficulty finding the house and no internet connection to review directions. Fortunately the office was open and the staff was very helpful. A nice location!
Excellent location next to Lassen. Wonderful spot. We arrived late at night and it was great to wake up the next morning and see the beautiful area. House was great and had everything we needed.
We chose this property due to the location to Sacramento airport and Lassen Volcanic National Park. The kids thought the upstairs loft was like staying in a treehouse. We enjoyed finding the hidden waterfall at the campground too!

It is a small tiny cabin. I think it is good for 4 people. The location is great and the very clean air and sky are a plus. Be aware that the site is close to the other side of the Lassen volcano park (not a main visitor center).
We love this place! Keep coming back again and again and it only gets better! The owner and his family are phenomenal! Easy self check in/check out. Amenities galore. We have stayed here in our 40ft fifth wheel AND in a cabin. We love the tiny house with loft. Good for two adults and kids. Don’t hesitate, you’re like family here!

Under different circumstances?
On cleanliness: some cobwebs were in the house so no inspection was done before we arrived but overall it was clean. The outside chairs were all dust and ash covered and required cleaning which should have been done before we arrived. Many empty sites due to the fires and other cancelations so staff should have had time to do this work before our arrival.
The HW tank is tiny and one short shower uses all of the hot water. Just enough glasses and plates but no measuring cups and such to cook with.
Eight people would be very tight.
After a warning by Vrbo that there was a potential threat to our safety because of a wildfire near Living Springs, we tried to contact them.
The property was under a mandatory evacuation order until the day before our reservation. Air quality warning for the area was also a significant concern.
Neither Vrbo nor us received timely responses to our emails.
A day before our trip, Vrbo gave us a cancelation number and said they were cancelling our reservation and giving us a refund. But the owner refused saying they were not anywhere near the fires.
We were lied to several times.
Several of our family have asthma and poor air quality could cause serious health issues. As such, four of our party did not travel with us and had to make other arrangements. Smoke on Monday morning was obvious in the camp and on Tuesday it was very bad. Our concerns were justified.
If you go here, be cautious with reservations
Me and 3 of my girlfriends got away for the weekend for a little bachelorette celebration! It was so nice relaxing in the tiny house. It was very clean and just enough space for us. We did not want to leave!
We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny house, we will definitely be coming back to enjoy it during the summer time. The only challenge was that the wifi on the tv and the tv channels were unable to work most of the time. The check in process was easy and the people at the management office were extremely kind and helpful!
This is our 3rd stay at Living Springs, second in the Tiny Home. Perfect for my husband, son, and I. Deck area allows enough space to have our friends over for dinner.
