Large West Vail Luxury Home with Gorgeous Views and Amenities

Welcome home to this spectacular 4000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom Vail home. The views from every window are stunning. This is the place to create your memories any time of year! Weather it be world class skiing, biking, hiking, dining, shopping, art & music await!

This private 1/2 duplex is located on a beautiful hillside in West Vail just above Donovan Park.
We have 3 new furnaces with air purification systems, along with Central air conditioning & humidifiers in each room. The cathedral ceiling in the great room is the perfect backdrop for the stunning views that surround you and an incredible place to cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie. The large dining room table is a perfect spot for gathering and the kitchen is abundantly stocked, includes new appliances and has a breakfast table for 4 additional seating. There is a mudroom that will fit all of your ski gear along with an attached garage and ample parking.
If you want a more cozy space to read or watch TV, enjoy the den. We have a sonos system as an added bonus. The upstairs boasts a large master bedroom with king size bed, a gas fireplace, balcony, 2 walk in closets along with the en-suite 5 piece master bathroom with a steam shower and jetted tub.
The lower level has a king bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a queen bedroom with a full bathroom just across the hall and a bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunks and 1 twin over twin bunk with an ensuite bathroom. The secondary rec room in the lower level has a foosball table and big sectional couch, gas fireplace and TV for hanging out and relaxing. & at the end of the day you can relax in the indoor sauna.

The home is loaded with amenities to help make your stay easy and extraordinary. A total of 3 fireplaces, 5 TV's, broadband WiFi internet access & a gas grill. Thick towels, nice linens, toiletries, hair dryers and humidifiers are all here for your comfort.

There is an outdoor hot tub with beautiful views along with an indoor sauna to relax your muscles and put you into vacay mode.

This home is great for entertaining and relaxing, as much as it is the perfect home-base to enjoy the mountains around you. The property lies just below the nation forest and sits up the hill from Vail creek, and the Vail free shuttle stop is 1/4 of a mile down the hill.
We have loaded the home with amenities to help make your stay easy and extraordinary.

Multiple fire places ensure cozy evenings, complimentary WiFi, 5 TV's, thick towels, nice linens, toiletries, hair dryers & humidifiers are all here for your comfort.

Great Ski Vacation

House was beautiful with more than enough space for our group of 10. Not close to a bus stop but we were able to park at Donovan park and hop on bus a Matterhorn stop. Communication with host was great and we had everything we need. Would love to stay here again.

Nice, large home! This worked well for our group of 3 families (6 adults, 6 kids). The game room was great for the kids. The fireplace in the living area added a cozy ambiance. Lots of room for e everybody! It is a trek to get to the bus stop to get to vail to ski but the free parking lot nearby was a help in that regard. The host was great about communicating.

Great Summer Retreat

Amazing Vail getaway

This is a home we hope to revisit! What a great location with everything anyone would need for a great vacation. The home was so well appointed (I will specifically say the knives were the best I’ve used at a rental…you can tell a lot by the knives! 😀). With fireplaces, a hot tub and a sauna we were able to kick back after long ski days and relax. Positioned up on the hill in West Vail, the views were stellar! I can’t say enough positive about this place. Must visit!

Amazing house for groups

Our stay was wonderful. The house is lovely, big, clean and so nice. It was perfect for our group (family with adult children, spouses and babies and toddlers). We decided we wanted space in a house over walkable to the lift and it was worth it. We drove to Lionshead each morning and had no trouble parking (we were there by 9am each day) and there was no problem getting a parking spot during the week between Christmas and New Years. Heather was easy to get in touch with and super helpful. If you're looking for a place for a larger group I cannot recommend this house more.

Beyond our expectations! Beautiful, roomy home, amazing location!

Better than we had expected! Very roomy and beautifully decorated home set up high, giving you amazing views! Super roomy master suite upstairs above the living areas with loads of closet space. Kitchen is very roomy and beyond fully stocked. Downstairs below the living areas has perfectly placed rooms and sauna. We could not have picked a more perfect place and we hope ti stay here again in the future. If I could fix/change one thing, it would be better cell service. (My hubby needed to do a little work and it was very difficult due to how slow it was.) Aside from that, all was just perfect.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

My family and I came and stayed in this amazing Vail home last weekend. The check-in/out process was seamless. The property manager was super communicative and provided all the information we needed (thank you!!). The house is beautiful!! We enjoyed some cozy nights downstairs in the family room and cooked a great dinner (kitchen had everything we needed!) one of the nights. Getting to and from the mountain was very easy (about 6-8 mins by car) and the bus stop was available at the bottom of the hill. I highly recommend this house for a group or family getting together to enjoy their time in Vail. Hope to be back soon :)

Vail is an amazing place that constantly inspires us...  Whether it is a new trail, a gorgeous sunset, a bluebird powder day or a crisp morning, every day brings something new.  But it is as much the inspiration of the people as it is the surroundings and that we meet in and around Vail that makes us love it so much....

What makes this property unique

The at-home in-mountains feel of the home where you can feel both in the heart of the town and all the action as you can feel tranquil and away... We fell in love with the home when we drove up... And then it was the deck, the classic sauna, the winding floor plan... and so we purchased both sides of the duplex.
