Relax all year round in our newly built architect-designed house on Fehmarn. You can expect a design-oriented and high-quality Scandinavian furniture and atmosphere.

On the ground floor are the 5 bedrooms, all with access to the surrounding wooden terrace. 3 bedrooms have beds in the size of 180 x 200 cm and large fitted wardrobes, in 2 bedrooms there is a wall-mounted flat screen TV. 2 bedrooms have beds in the size 140 x 200 cm, the furniture here is an original design from our architectural office and made by an oak joinery. The floor covering in the entire ground floor is a concrete screed, which is heated by the underfloor heating. The large bathroom invites you to relax and enjoy a sauna, as it features a spa shower, a bathtub and a large sauna. All sanitary objects are from well-known manufacturers (Duravit, Keramag, Alape). In the second bathroom there is another walk-in shower, a toilet and 1 washbasin.

Via the beautiful oak staircase you reach the upper floor. They run on oiled oak planks. The gray fitted kitchen is extensively equipped. Dishwasher, stove with induction hob, 2 refrigerators, Senseo coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and much more. The large oak table has room for 8-10 people. From here you have a view of the beautiful roof terrace over the fields to the Baltic Sea. In the spacious living area they sit relaxed in Corbusier loungers in front of the fireplace or on the sofa group from the Danish manufacturer Bolia. Of course, there is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV. A guest toilet with sink is also located on the upper floor. Erwämt the house is on the upper floor over a wall surface heating.

Large garden, parking spaces, sheds for bicycles, surfboards, etc .. BBQ, sun beds and garden furniture are available.
