Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt und das Haus war sogar etwas früher für den Bezug fertig, als offiziell angegeben. An sich hat das Haus eine schöne Aufteilung und bietet eine gute Ausstattung für einen Urlaub.Aber: und leider für uns auch sehr schade!Es gab keinen Trockner, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Es ist KEIN Tisch für 12 Personen. Ausreichend Platz innen und außen ist für jeweils 8, zusätzliche Personen sitzen auf der Ecke. Sicher geht das mal, aber wir haben eine andere Vorstellung für einen Aufenthalt von 1 Woche. Ebenso ist es mit den Schlafgelegenheiten. Natürlich bekommt man 12 Personen unter, aber die Leiter zum Spitzboden kann eine Hürde werden (für sehr große oder nicht gelenkige Personen). Eine Lampe ist defekt und verursacht einen Kurzschluss, aber selbst nach Meldung bei der Agentur, gab es keine Reparatur oder überhaupt eine Rückmeldung. Alles in Allem, haben wir es uns schön gemacht, trotzdem sind diese Punkte nicht schön und schmälern das Urlaubserlebnis.

Liebe Gäste, wir sind jetzt ein wenig verwundert, warum der Platz nicht ausreichend war, denn eigentlich waren Sie hier nur mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern gemeldet und somit dürfte es keinerlei Platzschwierigkeiten gegegeben haben?! Es haben bisher auch keine anderen Gäste den Tisch bemängelt. Dieses Haus wird für 12 Personen (explizit davon mit 4 Kindern) angeboten, da die Schlafnische im Spitzboden hier die Schlafmöglichkeit dafür vorsieht. Die Leiter ist bei der Buchung ersichtlich und somit bei Abschluss auch bekannt und nicht für Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen geeignet. Ihren Hinweis mit der defekten Lampe haben wir an die Eigentümer direkt weitergeleitet und diese konnte leider nicht umgehend repariert werden, ist jetzt aber wieder funktionstüchtig.

Top Lage, gut aufgeteiltes Haus und sehr sauber

Nähe zum Strand und Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück waren top. Küche mit allem was man braucht, sehr sauber und warm (Heizung top). Check-Out Zeit 09:30 ungemütlich bei einer Familie mit Kindern aber das wussten wir ja vorher.

Alles bestens!

Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben. Wir hätten uns mit 7 Personen gern eine weitere (Gäste-) Toilette gewünscht. Die war aber auch nicht ausgelobt und kann somit auch nicht bemängelt werden. Sonst war alles in einem sehr guten Zustand.

Liebe Gäste, leider haben Sie vor Ort lediglich das nicht funktionierende WLAN reklamiert und es tut uns leid, dass es an ihrem kurzen Wochenende aus technischen Gründen (das Objekt wurde auf Glasfaser umgestellt) nicht funktionierte. Hierfür haben Sie allerdings auch eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Sollten es weitere Themen gegeben haben, so hätten wir uns über ein direktes Feedback vor Ort sehr gefreut.
