Best location 10 mins to downtown Tampa and 20 to St Pete. 10 minutes to Picnic Beach State Park to get your body into the warm water, float using our floaties, paddleboard or just sit in the sunshine and catch the breeze off the bay. Huge open back yard is totally private and south facing. Walk to Hula Bay Club or several others for dining. 3 blocks to Enterprise rental car and to Publix grocery. Easy walk to Starbucks, Dunkin’ and restaurants.
