Welcome to the Jonathan, our superb LOFT apartment that combines practicality and entertainment for your stay.
The Jonathan comprises a large living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living area, two bedrooms, a utility room with washing machine and a shower room, as well as separate WCs.
As soon as you enter, you'll discover a welcoming space with an office, ideal for those who want to work in peace and quiet.
Continue your exploration in the spacious, light-filled living room, where the television and table football promise convivial entertainment.
The open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, with a hob, fridge, coffee maker, oven, microwave and all the crockery and cutlery you need.
Two bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping areas, each with a double bed downstairs and a single bed upstairs. Peaceful nights await you in these well-appointed spaces.
The shower room is modern and functional, with a drying towel rail and double washbasin.
The laundry room with washing machine offers a practical solution to your laundry needs, adding a touch of convenience to your stay.
Ideally located, our accommodation allows you to easily discover the charms of Rouen and to park for free at the foot of your accommodation thanks to your allocated parking space.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Discover Route de Bonsecours in Rouen, an area that combines peace and quiet with close proximity to the city's must-see attractions. Located just a few minutes from Rouen's historic city centre, this residential area offers beautiful views of the city from the heights, including the remarkable panorama from Bonsecours hill.

Thanks to these well-integrated public transport options, Rouen residents benefit from increased accessibility, making it easier to get around and discover this charming city with its medieval streets and rich history.
From the Route de Bonsecours, you can quickly reach the heart of Rouen to explore the magnificent Notre-Dame cathedral, the Gros-Horloge, or the Place du Vieux-Marché. You can also take advantage of the footpaths leading to the famous panorama of the Basilique Notre-Dame de Bonsecours, which offers a breathtaking view of the city.

The Route de Bonsecours district is well served by public transport in Rouen, making it easily accessible for travellers.
Access from Rouen station:
From Rouen SNCF station, it's easy to reach Route de Bonsecours by public transport: Take bus line F7 or 11 directly from the station, get off at the Republique stop and catch the F5 to the Place Saint Paul stop. The journey takes around 20 to 30 minutes, and you will be dropped off close to the flat.
Access from the Gare Routière:
To get to the flat from the Gare Routière, take the F5 bus to the Place Saint Paul stop, which will drop you off a 5-minute walk from the flat..
## Notes
Please note that the building has stairs and no lift. People with reduced mobility may therefore have difficulty accessing the building.
Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
