The covered terrace offers a pleasant outdoor space with a sea view. Reversible air conditioning, fiber optic internet, and secure private parking are included.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property, as well as a shared solarium and swimming pool (pool open from May 12th to September 30th).
