Beautyfull and Perfect Location

We stayed for a week with two adults and two teenagers in this great house with breathtaking views and two large balconies. Despite being early April, the weather was fantastic and the location is great for any city breaks at the Côte d’Azur. The house ist perfectly and completely furnished and very clean and the communication with Carla and Malika was great! We would love to come back!

Great holidays at Rochemarine

A perfect stay, the view is fantastic, and the house is very well equiped. Excellent communication with the Host. Miramar beach is a really nice spot. Enjoy!

Great holidays

We had a really nice holiday at Carla's house. Everything was very clean and very well equipped. We will miss the view of the sea from the balcony. The parking space right outside the front door was great. The holiday home complex is very nice and clean and ideal for children, especially with the pool. Thank you very much for this lovely stay.

Close to Cannes without the hassle

Gorgeous views from both terraces. Extra comfortable huge bed. Everything we needed in kitchen. Charming décor. Efficient appliances. Really quiet area. Reliable bus service to Cannes, which avoids difficulties of parking, Good walks nearby. Local shop keeper very helpful. A variety of great restaurants and sandy beach within walking distance.

Spectacular Views

The interactions with the host were seamless. The views are undoubtedly spectacular and parking is a breeze. The town is just lovely and access to other seaside towns are quite reachable if you have a car. The master bath has it all. Double sinks, spacious walk in shower with great water pressure and abundant hot water. There are two separate WCs, one upstairs and one downstairs for privacy. Hand soap is provided in each. The only major issues we had were that there were no towels provided and the WiFi is very weak.

Definitely a recommendation

We spent two weeks in the end of October in Carlas little house and enjoyed our stay very much. Even if southern France had to endure some severe rainfalls in these days, we have been lucky in the Miramar area, experiencing mild late summer weather (20-27°C) for most of the time. The view from the roofed balcony is really awsome and we enjoyed our daily breakfast sitting there. The little kitchen is well equipped and we found nothing missing. The room with the two single beds is limited in space and not very luxurious, what you have to consider. The only thing, that I really missed, was a wardrobe in the entrance area, to hang all our jackets (which is less needed in the summer time :-) Carlas house is a ideal starting point for great day trips to every spot along the coast between Monaco and St. Tropez, to the montainous hinterland (Prealpes d´Azur) or for the nice and easy hiking trails in the immediate vicinity behind the house. However you need some vehicle on site, especially in October and later, if you prefer fresh croissants/baguettes for breakfast or a restaurant in the evening, because nearby shops and restaurants are already closed. All in all we have enjoyed the house and the region very much and can definitely give a recommendation for both.

Mooi verblijf met prachtig zicht

Prima verblijf. Mooi verblijf met prachtig zicht, prima uitgeruste keuken, alles aanwezig. Goeie douche en airco in de slaapkamers. Wij vonden het persoonlijk jammer dat het een stukje stappen was naar het zwembad en er geen ligstoelen aan het zwembad waren. Zwembad reeds om 20u30 gesloten...

Wunderschöne Wohnanlage

Es war ein sehr schönes Apartment mit einer wundervollen Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Wir haben uns von Tag eins sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch das ein und aus checken war problemlos und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Heerlijk verblijf

Mooi huisje met nieuwe keuken en badkamer. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Op loopafstand naar een fijn strand met strandpaviljoen. Zwembad was ook heerlijk, maar nog wel een beetje koud op 1 mei. Zelfs Theoule sur mer was met een wandeling over de berg te bereiken.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Appartement in sehr gepflegter Anlage. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolle Sicht! Wir haben es genossen, bei Sommerwetter im Oktober so nah an den leeren Stränden der Côte d‘Azur zu sein. Auch den Pool hatten wir für uns allein. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt.

Traumhafter Ort mit tollem Meerblick und viel Komfort

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Platz und gut ausgestatteter moderner Küche. Highlight sind die beiden überdachten Balkons mit Meeresblick, auf denen es auch tagsüber nicht zu heiß wird. Die Schlafräume im Keller sind angenehm kühl. Wir mussten bei unserem Aufenthalt Ende Juni nicht ein einziges Mal die Klimaanlage benutzen. Die gesamte Residence ist schön angelegt und mit vielen Blumen bepflanzt. Der Pool war immer sehr sauber, allerdings gibt es keine Sonnenliegen oder Stühle. Der Strand von Miramar ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar; auf dem Rückweg geht es jedoch steil bergauf. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfektes Häuschen mit tollem Blick auf das Meer

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - zwischen Cannes und Saint Tropez, in 10 Minuten zu Fuss am Strand, am Fuß des Esterell-Massifs, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Strandurlaub. Häuschen ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, sehr nette Vermieterin.

Théoule

Duplex très agréable situé tout en haut du domaine face à la mer. Bien équipé avec une cuisine complète (il manquerait juste un plat à tarte/quiche), un Wc à chaque étage et une terrasse assez grande avec des fauteuils d’extérieur et une grande table à l’étage du haut et un petit salon + étendoir au niveau des chambres. Lits un peu mous pour nous mais confortables quand même. L’arrivée et le départ se font très simplement au niveau de l’agence. Le grand plus est le parking situé juste devant l’appartement avec possibilité de garer deux voitures l’une derrière l’autre en les serrant bien, alors que les places sont toutes numérotées dans le domaine. Bref, séjour très sympa !

Tolle Lage

Die kleine Villa bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Die Beschreibung des Hauses trifft voll und ganz zu. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und genießt das Meer auf den Balkonen. Zum Erholen einfach nur grandios. Der Strand in direkter Nähe bietet alles rund um das Vergnügen auf dem Wasser: Bootsverleih, Bananaboat, Stand up Paddling und vieles mehr. Der Rückweg ins Haus ist allerdings tatsächlich das kleine Cardioprogramm, es geht halt den Berg hoch. Dafür wird man mit dieser tollen Aussicht belohnt. Der Kontakt zu Hausverwaltung und Carla ist super, schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen. Alles bestens! Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Haus mit Meerblick!

Das sehr schön gelegene Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Küche und Bad sind relativ neu. Der Ausblick von den beiden Terrassen ist genial. Der sehr saubere Pool in der Anlage bietet nach Tagesausflügen eine gute Möglichkeit zum Abkühlen. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ort um etwas Ruhe zu finden nach Ausflügen zu den touristischen Destinationen in der größeren Umgebung. Fliegengitter, bzw. deren Sanierung in den Schlafzimmern wären begrüßenswert.

Fantastisk udsigt

En veludstyret feriebolig med to store terrasser, hvor livet leves. Selvom vi boede der i 14 dage, blev vi aldrig trætte af udsigten (husk kikkert). Ferieboligen ligger i gåafstand til standen, men det er noget af en stroppetur at gå tilbage. Man kan godt køre ned og parkere mod betaling. Der er langt til det nærmeste større supermarked, så en bil er nødvendig. I den første halvdel af september var der stadig åbent i restauranterne ved stranden, men der var alligevel ganske fredeligt - ikke som i Cannes i weekenden.

Superverblijf!

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Heel mooie villa met supermooi uitzicht van op de beide terrassen. Parking voor de deur. Alles aanwezig. Mooi groot zwembad. Ook dicht bij zee en leuke restaurantjes. Kortom, top!

We had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. We loved the great hiking.

We would definitely come back, the owner is kind and helpful. We avoided the busy part of the French Riviera. The view was lovely. We had everything we needed!

Wunderschöner Blick, Erholung pur !

Entspannungsurlsub in schöner Umgebung. Beide Balkone laden zum Verweilen ein. Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Mückennetz am Fenster versehen, diese braucht man auch! Küche funktional alles funktioniert, sehr schönes Badezimmer. Kinderzimmer eher klein. Insgesamt sehr zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder!

Très Belle vue

Wunderschöner Blick und alles was man zum Genießen des Urlaubs benötigt.

Das Haus ist genau wie auf FeWo beschrieben einfach schön. Der Blick auf das Meer lädt zum Verweilen auf dem Balkon bis spät in die Nacht. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort läuft reibungslos. Der Rückweg zu Fuß vom Strand zum Haus kann man fast als Cardio-Training bezeichnen. Rund um ein toller Urlaub.
