Located at the heart of Summit County, Frisco is a smart choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And guests at Mountainside Powderview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. You and your group will love this place!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo works perfectly for small families and groups up to four. The living room features a large flat-screen TV for relaxing and enjoying the game – or catching the morning snow report. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. There’s seating for four at the counter. Step outside onto the deck to take in the crisp mountain air with your morning coffee or apres-ski glass of wine.

There’s parking for two vehicles: one in the underground garage and one in the lot outside. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Mountainside Powder view was perfect for our family of 4. They were easy to communicate with and having a pool and hot tub was nice after skiing. The 2 sofa beds were great for our 9 and 11 year old who like their own sleep space. The unit was clean and inviting. We would love to stay again our next ski trip.

Nice location and newly renovated but some of the finishes were poor quality. Toilet seat was loose (they came promptly to "fix it" but came loose again (clearly didn't fix it). Several overhead lights were flickering and eventually went out. There just isn't enough light through out. Just remember that the laundry and hot tub (nice) are the club house. Pool needs updating. The information about the amenities (fitness area) and recycling could have been better. They were responsive to the initial issues but maintenance didn't really take care of the toilet seat issue. It is a 10-15 min walk to downtown and Frisco is convenient to multiple resorts.
