You will be completely spoiled in luxury while visiting my home.
THE SPACE
The condo has been remodeled with all you need for a comfortable stay including many upgrades; soaker tub, rain shower, fireplace, and a modern kitchen. It is a 2 story condo, so plenty of space for privacy if you have 4 people. A king sized bed is upstairs, and a comfortable queen sized sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs as well. You will have partially covered free parking for 1 car in front of the condo, and uncovered free parking behind the unit if you have more than 1 vehicles.
All appliances are new including refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, large washer/dryer, and a brand new boiler! I DO NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE and have not ever used one so if that is important to you another unit may be more suitable.
LOCATION The unit is centrally located in Frisco, 5 min. walking distance to the transfer station (primary bus depot to DIA/Greyhound), Main Street (15 min), Lake Dillon (10 min), and shopping area including Whole Foods (5 min). It is on the route of the Summit Stage which takes you to 3 of the 8 ski areas in this region. Vail is a 25 min drive and Beaver Creek 35 min. Frisco is conveniently located off of Interstate 70 with 1 1/2 hours drive time to DIA and Denver.
I will be available by phone for your stay to answer any questions you may have.

What a great place to stay. Convenient to everything in the area. Close to all the ski resorts, and plenty of great restaurants. The condo is perfect for two people, and the bed is very comfortable.
The close proximity to the transit center was a huge plus for us skiing. Just minutes away. Quiet neighborhood and easy walking to Walmart, Safeway, and restaurants. We enjoyed our week stay. Paula was very helpful with our questions, and needs. Took good care of us.
Great place to stay for our annual fall foliage trip. Good access to Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone, and Silverthorne. Foliage was spectacular. Driving up to Frisco on Thursday afternoon and home on Saturday afternoon was a breeze.
Convenient location in Frisco to get to all surrounding ski areas. Close to Whole Foods, Walmart, and restaurants. We also walked to downtown Frisco one evening for dinner. Also, walking distance access to EV chargers. The living space of the property is comfortable for two people. Also contained a nice gas fireplace which we enjoyed. Property contact was very communicative.
Great property, lots of stairs to get settled, which makes it tough for unacclimated travelers. The listing highlights a lack of a microwave, which was a bit surprising and made eating leftovers difficult. We had issues getting the shower to work properly, but the host was quick to suggest help by sending the house cleaner over for assistance. Overall, I would book this property again and recommend it to others.
We followed the directions provided by our host and easily found the parking, lockbox, and unit! It was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. The unit was airy and neat, and the location was very convenient.
Host was gracious enough to allow me to check in early and check out later than expected. Perfect location to all amenities one might need. Nice quiet space for 1 or 2 guests with everything needed. Host was responsive to messages. Great place to stay in Frisco!
This confirms was great. Reserved parking spot right by the entry door made it very convenient. There is a flight of stairs to climb to get to and from the condo. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs where the fold out couch is. The kitchen was great; we used the stove top and the frying pans to make breakfast each day. The walk to the bus transfer station took us about six minutes and from there we took the free bus to Copper mountain for skiing. There are other buses to other mountains. The bus to Copper takes 30 minutes and runs on the half hour.
Beautiful little condo! Very clean with pretty accents and the kitchen is wonderfully appointed! There are stairs involved to get to the front door and stairs to the bedroom upstairs from that, just so future visitors know. The pull-out sofa is very uncomfortable though, both for sitting and for sleeping and I would suggest to the owner to have it replaced to make the unit even more desirable.
The property is convenient for many amenities and the place was very clean and tidy. My only concern was the external noise, which can somewhat be expected in a multi-unit situation. Maria was great to work with!

We were participating in the Courage Classic in Copper and this was a convenient location! Quick stay for us but appreciated the clear instructions and clean home! Thanks so much!
We had a very enjoyable 2-night stay here. Condo was well equipped and furnishings were clean & comfortable. Within walking distance to grocery stores, pubs/brewery, and some restaurants. Description, directions, and communication were excellent. Remember that there is no microwave (as clearly stated in the description). All in all very nice.
