Garden. Private parking with a carport. Detached house with garden, located 50 m from the owners' house, on a wooded and flowered property, in a quiet residential area, on a southwest-facing slope. Spacious and bathed in light, the house has a furnished balcony-terrace with table and chairs, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Also enjoy a private outdoor space with table, chairs and deckchairs for relaxing moments in complete tranquility. A room is available on the ground floor to store your bicycles safely. Shops (bakery and butcher) are located in Mercury, supermarket 5 km away. 6 km from Albertville and its medieval town of Conflans, between valley and mountain, enjoy a privileged location to discover the region from afar, in all seasons. In summer, recharge your batteries at the nearby lakes (Grignon 7 km away, Lake Carouge 21 km away) or Lake Annecy 25 km away, hike in the surrounding massifs: Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park, Beaufortain and Belledonne massifs.
