As you approach the house, the ample driveway space on this premier street sets the stage for an unforgettable stay. Step through the front door into the central dining room, adorned with upscale coastal decor and seating for 8.

Off the dining room, discover the fully equipped kitchen to the right, boasting a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, walk in pantry and a kitchen table that seats 4. A powder room is conveniently located nearby. Turning right again, you'll find the inviting living room and office space, complete with a sleeper sofa, TV, cozy fireplace, and a designated work area with rolling chairs and a desk.

The second living room, just behind the central dining room, offers abundant seating, a large TV, and direct access to the incredible backyard. The three bedrooms are located to the left of the entrance. The first on the left is a king bedroom with a TV and a private bathroom featuring dual vanity and a standing glass shower. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and TV, with a hallway bathroom offering a standing glass shower. The expansive primary suite features tray ceilings, a king bed, a large TV, and a luxurious attached bathroom with two separate sink areas, a large bathtub adorned with a chandelier, a spacious walk-in shower, and a generous walk-in closet.

The backyard is a true paradise, featuring an outdoor dining table, ample loungers around the large pool with a tanning ledge, and a year-round spa. Kahuna Cove is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables (2.5 miles away), PGA Tour golf course, beautiful sandy beaches (0.7 miles to the nearest beach path - the perfect bike ride), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (1.7 miles away) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (2 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Kahuna Cove upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community. Gate passes are required for entrance. Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 4 vehicles at Kahuna Cove.

Note: Pool & spa can be heated for an additional fee. Spa can be heated individually as well. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The pool heater for Kahuna Cove is propane.
