Relax on the 2nd story deck overlooking Big Bear bay with year round views or down on the large patio area with an integrated fire pit and a bench swing. Stream your favorite show and send that email you forgot using our 300MB fiber-optic WiFi. The new restaurant is located just down the street with all the best fixings. The water at the dock is seasonal - MAY - SEP 1st the water is at summer level. The water level drops during the fall/ winter making boat access not suitable during the fall/ winter.

Liked the cottage, and the outside lights. Very quiet area. Was very disappointed that we could not fish in area. the space around our dock and several others in the area were completely dry. The sunrise and sunset were beautiful. We would rent again, but maybe a different time of the year.

Perfect lake getaway!!

Everything was exactly as listed. Perfect spot for my boyfriend and I on his birthday weekend. The house was tidy and had all the needed amenities. We were able to dock his bass boat at the dock on the property which was super convenient. Kristin and Chase were also great communicators. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, Quiet Place!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. We had one issue, but brought it to the owner's attention after we checked out. Said he would take care of it.
