The Wyndham Palm Aire is a tropical golf and spa treasure. This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is located about 10 minutes outside the city of Fort Lauderdale. The Wyndham Palm Aire is a gated community with security on staff 24/7. The resort amenities are 4 outdoor swimming pools, outdoor children's pool, tennis courts, 3 golf courses, 2 outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, day spa and salon, playground, miniature golf, and basketball court.

The Wyndham Palm Aire resort front desk requires a security deposit of $250.00 upon check in. The security deposit is refunded at check out. Also, the resort has a $20.00 daily fee for parking.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation will be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo needs to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

Pool was good hot tubs were down a couple of days. Fire drill, and hot water was out for about 36 hours. Host was good, room was clean. Another damper on the trip was the high, high pressure sales for the timeshare. Overall, good.

Great place to stay away from the beach.

Nice place. I’ve pool areas and activities while on resort. You can access the beach through their other Wyndham properties on the ocean.

A pleasant stay in Pimpano Beach

We enjoyed our stay although the sales people were annoying and I had to be curt with them when they pushed for us to attend a sales pitch meeting. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and the housekeeping team were very quick at responding to our requests for additional towels and clean sheets.

Great stay

This is a great place to stay in Pompano. The room was very spacious for our family of 6. All our children loved the pool and the outdoor chess set. My older kids enjoyed the mini golf and the small arcade. I grew up in the area so I knew what to expect and didn’t plan on walking to many things but having a car you can get to some really good restaurants not too far away. Overall things a nice,clean place to stay and I would recommend it.

Pictures look nice but look closer

We stayed 5 nights in Feb. Chose this location for on site activiites, mini golf, golfing, multi pools, water slide and sand volleyball. Which for the most part was a positive... however so many issues with things. One pool was FREEZING the whole time, one hot tub down half our stay, only 1 of 2 working elevators in our building so long waits, and the water slide was broke the whole time we were there. I did lightly express my frustrations with all this at checkout to which the front desk just shrugged and went on with other questions... seemed to not really care? that's fine.. we won't be back...This is a time share so there was some up front pressures- relentless to sign up for a meeting- we were able to refuse. The room we were assigned to was decent?? living room furniture was poor.. my son refused to sleep on pull out couch .. it' looked so dated and dirty. Thankfully since it's a Wyndham resort we were able to access the 2 properties that are beach side and we spent most of our days there. I would highly recommend checking them out and staying there if you can.
