Estero Beach and Tennis Club 1001A is a one bedroom, one full bath beachfront condo that accommodates two guests.

This lovely tenth floor condo has sweeping views of the island from your balcony. Unit 1001A is just steps to the pristine, white sandy beach located outside your back door. Situated at the quiet, south end of the island where you can walk for miles.

Enjoy swimming in the resort style, heated pool that sits on the beach side and offers plenty of lounge chairs to relax poolside. Estero Beach and Tennis has four Har-Tru tennis courts, shuffle board, BBQ area and much more. It's all on a park like resort setting overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is ample parking, building elevators, secured lobby and pool entrances, on-site security, laundry facilities located on the first floor of Building B and complementary WIFI around the poolside and in your condo.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. It is bathed in natural light from the sliding glass doors and large picture window that overlooks the island. Step out onto the balcony, breathing the salt air, and taking in both the island views and the Gulf of Mexico.

The open spaced kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and includes all your cookware, dinner ware and utensils so you will have everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal.

The kitchen area also provides space for a dining table with four chairs, perfect for the enjoyment of your home cooked meals.

The bedroom features a king size bed with a dresser that offers plenty of storage for your clothes. There is a DVD player and console for you to watch a late night movie in bed. The bathroom has a full size tub, sink and vanity.

This cozy condo is walking distance to restaurants, shops and a marina that offers boat rentals. The beach has a movie theater, CVS pharmacy, post office, Publix grocery store, and Lover's Key State Park. For your convenience there is a trolley stop right out front. Wifi is available in the lobby only for this unit.

Communication is key

Property is in great location. For awareness, Fort Myers Beach is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, so lots of construction going on. Problem with this rental is the management company. They send email and texts that aren't helpful and tell you to reach out if you need anything. But the phone number doesnt accept calls. Got a call a day later, never did get an answer on what to do with the trash or where the laundry is located. Blinds were broken, they sent someone out on Tuesday who said he would repair, never came back. You can find better gor the price.

The Property is nice, need an updated, Bed is comfortable, sofa bed need to be changed yesterday, extremely uncomfortable, no body in my Family could sleep in there, we have to buy inflatable beds, TV basic channels , none of the Extra channels that need for raining days or at night after beach, no wine glasses, the problem with pool is serious, they close pool at 7:30 sharp! when Sun down is past 8:30 very inconvenient, location and beach really nice, in general could have been a better experience, Thank You.
