Comfortable stay with good amenities

We enjoyed a month long stay at this condo. The location was good - only a few minutes walk to the beach, good fishing at the nearby pier, and close to necessary amenities. The pool was nice and grounds were well kept. We had a few maintenance issues in the unit, however, Distinctive provided fairly quick maintenance fixes to most of the issues. Unfortunately, due to a plumbing issue, we were not able to use our master closet at all, and due to a rain/wind storm, one of our lanai screens was damaged, so were unable to sit on the lanai (due to the vast amount of mosquitos and other biting bugs). As the rental manager, Distinctive's staff was very kind and helpful before and during our stay. Thanks!
