Beautiful

Beautiful location and beautiful home with a gorgeous view!! Not a soul in sight long drive and close to just about everything pigeon forge has to offer! Games for adults and kids In a finished basement also has beautiful hard wood flooring! Over all it was a wonderful experience

Top of the mountain!

Absolutely fantastic 6 adults 2 children 10-6 house was perfect for us private but very close to all the area has to offer. My family and I thoroughly loved the property great games beautiful views plenty of space outside for the kids to run around. Very clean, I can’t say enough beautiful home. Above our expectations!!!

Close to the parkway but far enough off as well. No places right on top of you, privacy was great! Property was great for family with adults and kids!

Wonderful Family Vacation :)

The house was beautiful, and the perfect getaway for those looking for a remote location with great views. The front and back porches and seating area around the fire pit were perfect spots for morning coffee or happy hour; we got a lot of use out of the decks! There was plenty of seating for our party of 8 inside, as well, and the game room was a lot of fun for all of us (ages 13 - 80.) We had a ton of privacy yet were 5-10 minutes from restaurants, shops and activities - the best of both worlds. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. Our host could not have been more helpful and responsive! We had a really great week, and I hope to be back again soon.

Great Place with some minor issues

We enjoyed our stay here. Lots of activities included with cabin. We did have a few issues though. ONE: the Oven/stove top didn’t work properly. The knobs on a couple of the burners are stripped so only two out of four knobs work. Also the computer system on the touch pad for the oven froze up and we had to unplug the range in order to use the touch pad and oven. TWO: the driveway really needs some maintenance. The ruts are pretty deep and if you have a sedan, you could bottom out if you get caught in the ruts. Otherwise, the owner responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful stay in the spring!

Beautiful cabin - very clean, so many thoughtful details throughout the home, and well laid out. Literally 10 min to Dollywood. My young boys loved the bunk beds on the bottom floor and were just beyond thrilled with the game room. Kept them busy! We also have a toddler and it was easy to keep an eye on her in this house. I loved that the basics were there on arrival - toilet paper, paper towels, one load for the laundry, soap / shampoo packets - so I didn’t have to run out immediately to stock essentials. There was even fire wood for the outdoor firepit, which we used and enjoyed! Check out was also so easy compared to other places I’ve rented - didn’t have to spend time doing a million things to get the house ready for the cleaning crew. Rick was a very responsive host and gave great local reccs. We had a great weekend and were pleased to have this cabin as home base!

Good not Great

Overall, the house was nice, but it could use some upkeep. From the start, we had issues getting in the house because none of the codes worked to open the door. Then, the following morning we discovered that only three burners on the stove were functional and the oven wouldn't work at all. The host was notified of the issue at 8:30am but we did not receive a response till 7:30pm. Even then, we did not receive any solution to the problem. So nine of us were without an oven for an entire week. It was terrible. In addition, one of the knobs for the hot tub jets was broken and so were the hinges on the cover, so it made it difficult to put on and off. There was a lamp missing a knob as well and there were no bath mats provided for any of the 3 bathrooms, but the worst part was the driveway. The driveway was long, gravel and had a pretty steep incline, but what made it borderline dangerous was the 8"-10" deep rutts that have formed from water runoff. It was honestly scary whether coming or going. I recommended only using a large AWD vehicle to navigate this driveway. All of these issues were mentioned to the host, but none of it was ever addressed during our stay. If all of these issues were resolved, I would have no problem staying here again, but not as it stands now. I just suggest that you ask about these things before booking your stay.

Best Cabin in the Smokies!

This was the most seamless experience I have ever had. The cabin had so many upgrades from the adjustable beds to the appliances. Views from both porches and loads of amenities! My kids loved playing corn hole and sitting by the fire pit! Rick the cabin owner was friendly and had excellent communication skills! We can’t wait to rent this one again!
