This 3/2.5 is ideal for three couples, or 1-2 couples plus kids (1 King plus 2 Queen beds). There is an outdoor hang-out spot for every person and every mood! Whether you want full sun, ocean views, shade, relaxing hammocks, or screened-in protection, this house has it. The pinnacle is the 3rd story deck with custom banquette seating for eight, plus 360 degree views of Ocean and Sound.

Enjoy open floorplan living plus a climate-controlled ground-level Rec Room regardless of the weather. Protected parking for three vehicles means no parking worries for your entire group!
When you are ready to hit the beach, walk in the bicycle lane past four houses (no streets to cross) to a dune crossover with no public parking (=less crowded!). The front door smart lock means no key to keep track of, and the updated hot/cold outdoor shower with changing area waits to cool you down when you return.
Three Roku TVs (Living room, Rec room, & Main Bedroom) plus an assortment of books and games mean plenty of rainy day or evening-in entertainment options.

Have a dog or two? They enjoy a fenced in area with easy access from the back door or from the carport to take care of their business. No dogs? No worries! The pet area is completely separate from the humans' gathering areas.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, new refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. You will also find a Keurig cup/pot coffee maker, air fryer, and toaster oven. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the living level. The beverage cooler on the main level keeps fridge space free for all your other food items. A Propane grill on ground level is available for the experienced cook.
Not into cooking? You will be conveniently positioned midway between Sneads Ferry and Surf City for maximum shopping, dining and beverage options when you drive 10 minutes or less in either direction. For even more options, Jacksonville, NC has a lot to offer within 30 minutes, or visit Wilmington's fantastic arts, dining, shopping, microbrew, and riverfront attractions just 45-60 minutes away.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place damp laundry items in a blue laundry bin in front of the washing machine. Do not leave wet clothes in the washer. Do not strip any beds.
Trash-only pick up is on Saturday. If your stay allows, please put the trash bin at the street Friday night and bring it back to the house Saturday once it has been emptied.
Leave the knob of the front door unlocked. Set the thermostat to 77 and return the Refrigerator and Freezer to 'Recommended' settings if you have changed them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Outdoor smoking is allowed on the front and back porches only. Please do not leave evidence of your smoking behind.
Open fires are not allowed anywhere on the property.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a quick walk to the beach access onto a quiet section of beach even in the middle of July. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces, especially the top deck for sunrise and sunset. Lisa was very responsive with wonderful tips and suggestions for our stay. They even had bowls, a crate and toys for our dog.

Great house!

Enjoyed our stay and this house did not disappoint. Short walk to beach, well stocked, clean and loved the view from the top deck! Our dog loved it too. Would recommend if looking for a great beach location and we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This is our second stay and the second time was just as wonderful as the first time. The house is very clean and they provide everything thing you need for a stay at the beach! There is a small yard for the doggos and beach chairs and toys for beach days! The host is always very helpful and responds to various questions promptly.Hope we can continue to visit this wonderful property in the future!

Didn’t want to leave!

This house was perfect for our family of four and one big dog! It had the best layout of any house we’ve stayed in before, and there were amazing views of the sound and ocean from the rooftop deck, with lots of great places to relax on different porches! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house

We have stayed in Topsail several times but this would have to be our best experience. The house was the perfect size for our group. There were also so many things that came with rental that we were not expecting but on the end it made the week even more enjoyable for everyone. We hope to be able to rent this house again in the future!

Top Notch in Topsail

What an amazing vacation my family and I had at this house. We came to relax and have some fun. There was so much to do just at the house itself. Hosts did an awesome job at having everything we needed available. The house was beautiful and in a great location. We hope to go back again next year.

The perfect beach house for our family.

Comfy Stay

This property is located between the sound and the ocean with a wonderful top deck that allows you to view everything from one location. It is a short walk to beach access and has all the amenities you could ask for. It’s a quick and easy drive to the grocery store, shops, and even a few restaurants north and a quick drive south to Surf City. Pets are welcome and there’s a nice fenced in space for doggos to run. Host was very responsive to any of our questions and gave us great travel tips to avoid heavy traffic areas and shopping times. Check in and out was very easy and we had no issues. Would definitely recommend this location!

This is a great place to stay. The home is clean and has lots of room for everyone. Wonderful relaxing spaces and an open kitchen family room for those rainy days. The location is perfect for sightseeing or beach time. For the beach it is a quiet and enjoyable beach. Lots of space to spread out and have fun. All you can possibly need is there for you. The home is within easy distance of stores, restaurants and things to do. The owner was so easy to talk to and helpful in all aspects of the stay. I loved the communication and being able to easily ask anything. It was like staying at a friends home. Definitely recommend this property.

Great House

All the things everyone else has said....the kitchen had more than you could have needed. The dog yard was perfect for letting dogs out first thing in the morning. Lots of extras to the house including the cornhole, darts, etc. Top deck views are better than the pics and mornings on the screened porch were perfect way to wake up. The owners were very responsive and were kind enough to give dining recommendations (highly recommend Riverview Cafe in Sneeds Ferry...awesome fried seafood at a reasonable price). And the house was very well appointed and clean. Great experience!

Decks For Everyone

The house worked well for 4 adults and a toddler. The walk to the beach was short but along a busy road. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed (for the home and the beach). The house was full of so many games and fun things to do. The rec room was an added bonus and was a great way to spend time. All of the decks on the house had seating. The rooftop deck was our favorite way to spend drinking coffee and seeing the sunrise and sunset. The owners were so helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great time!

Amazing vacation

The owners are the best. The A/C wasn't working properly. I texted Lisa to let her know that it was not cooling. Phillip came out & checked out the situation. He went on a Sunday & bought 2 window units to make sure that we stayed cool. They called or texted us several times to make sure that we were OK. The unit was replaced on Thursday. The house was clean & at a very good location. Will definitely stay again.

We live just 45 minutes away and stay here several times each summer, ourselves! We think North Topsail is a magical place where the city feels so far away. We spend our days here in the waves or fishing in the sound. Evenings find us cooking dinner at home, playing a game of darts, watching sports, or trying a new dish or beer at the newest restaurants in the area.

Why they chose this property

We like that we are a little removed from the open parking areas. That means most of the people you will share the beach with are either locals or week-long renters. Because of that, you see the same faces repeatedly, and can feel comfortable asking for beach advice or activity recommendations. When we feel like mingling a little more, there is a favorite destination for day-trippers less than a mile away. It is a nice, walkable distance from our beach access, and has public restrooms for use before the walk back.

What makes this property unique

The newer construction options in the area offer lots of shine and polish, but we think the ultimate beach house is something different from that. This property feels like your aunt & uncle's house they might let you use for the week. You will not find leather sofas and marble countertops here. You will find comfortable put-your-feet-up seating and mismatched towels.
You will also find most of the equipment you might need to have the whole group pitch in to make a magnificent dinner! This is a cooks kitchen for sure. Check the equipment list for details!
