Villa La Estancia is an ocean front, full service high end luxury Resort and Spa. We have everything onsite: concierge, grocery store, restaurants/bars, gym, spa, valet, in house doctor, 24/7 security and so much more.

From the moment you step into this gorgeous, custom upgraded villa you'll see a distant view of the glistening water and beautiful gardens and famous "Lands End" rocks...The ground floor villa offers convenience (private gate leading to flat grassy area w/ direct access to pool, and stunning beach.

Villa La Estancia is located on the sandy, **swimmable** Medano Beach (Many resorts DO NOT allow guests to enter the water as the currents are too strong. Staying on Medano Beach is very special as it is a certified "BLUE Flag" beach. Cabo does not offer lifeguards so please use caution).

VLE is located directly in front of the famous Arch and Lovers Beach in downtown Cabo and offers Amazing views of Lovers Beach and the gorgeous bay. Walking distance to everything Cabo has to offer including: the famous "The Office" beachside restaurant, the Marina, and many more amazing bars and restaurants.

This Large 2 bedroom/3 bath villa is Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 8. Large chefs kitchen, with eating bar, Spacious patio includes wet bar, barbecue, couch, dining table, lounge chairs,...all creating the perfect entertaining space.
Villa La Estancia is connected to two other resorts. As a guest of VLE you'll have access to all the restaurants and AMAZING award winning Spa. You'll be spoiled w/ the amazing service this luxury resort is known for.
A short stroll on the sandy beach to all downtown Cabo has to offer…including amazing scenic walks, the Marina, and an array of beachside restaurants and bars. Or, walk out your private gate (this is a ground floor villa with private access-NO waiting for elevators) straight to the pools, beach or one of five onsite hot tubs.

Please consider purchasing a third party "travel insurance" policy. You'll need to google the best fit for your specific geographic area. We recommend purchasing vacation insurance when booking international travel. Please google for the best option in your area. We can't make exceptions to the cancelation rules for lost passport, cancelled flights, travel interruptions, sick family member etc etc however, most travel insurance policies will cover you.

Great place to stay!

The condo was exactly what we needed! The pack-n-play and kids high chair were perfect for my son. We enjoyed the ground level with easy access to everything. We had fun playing in the pools and all of the great beach toys. Will stay there again when we come back!

Family vacation

This place was great for our family, located on main floor with a short walk to pool which was perfect for our little kids. Unit was spacious, well maintained. We would definitely stay here again

Fantastic 7 night stay

We stayed in Villa 2204 for 7 nights and it was fantastic. The villa is located just off of the lobby on the main level of the property. This makes it convenient to get to the market, pool, etc. Stacy was a fantastic host and communicated very well from booking and throughout our stay. No complaints and if we return to Cabo we will probably book the same villa again!

Fabulous Condo

I have stayed at La Estancia several times and this was the best condo. It was on the ground level with no waiting on elevators. Large patio and direct access to pool, hot tubs. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

My husband, son and I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Villa! We had an amazing time! The villa could not of been any nicer. It is so well maintained and cared for! Mahoney CABO trip

Stacy's villa was the perfect spot for our family of 6. It was spacious, comfortable and had every amenity we needed to have a wonderful vacation. Stacy left no detail unaddressed with her recommendations and information sheet. She was responsive and gracious. We would definitely stay again! Make sure you use Stacy's recommendation to use Omar for water taxi's, cruises, and activities! Gracias!

First overall impression is WOW. The pictures don't do this property justice. This condo is over the top nice with marble and tile everywhere. The back patio still has a great view of arco and ocean. The furniture is quality and the mattresses are pillow top comfortable. The whole property is manicured and staff is outstanding. You will not regret staying here.

Family vaca in Cabo

What an amazing vacation! The location, the views and this beautiful condo. Loved being on the first level. The patio was great for sitting around at the end of the day. We cooked in most breakfasts and dinners in the beautiful, well equipped gourmet kitchen. We had 6 adults and my 7mo. old grand daughter and there was plenty of room. Very spacious all around. The grounds and personnel are second to none. Definitely a go back property

Great property

Overall the unit itself is very nice as is the property. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, and property is well maintained. My only complaint is that the pool lounge chairs were completely full by 8am by people who would throw down towels and then not show up until noon. Hotel did nothing about it. If you dont want to get up at 7am to grab chairs, then this resort is not for you.

Relaxing family vacation

My family of 5 spent a week at this property and loved it! I didn't think we would have a view from the condo, but we could see the ocean and rocks in the distance. The pool was amazing and we spent most of our days lounging by the pool and hanging out in the pool. The beach was very pretty and clean, but we didn't spend as much time swimming in the ocean as the water was a little rough. We used a grocery delivery service that was great - I ordered the groceries a couple days before our arrival and all the food and drinks were there and put away when we arrived! We would highly recommend staying at this property and would stay here again if ever in Cabo.

Unbelievable Condo! A So well stocked!!!

Best stocked rental we've EVER stayed in. Pantry is full of trash bags, soap, shampoo, towels, baby equipment, sand toys, spices, etc. We stopped at the grocery on the way from airport, but there is a decent market on the property. We loved Villa La Estancia! It's one of three very safe & clean resorts gated together in a perfect area of Cabo. Your key works in all areas. Nice lounge chairs, fluffy beach towels, umbrellas all included. Terrific service, Very very clean. Several pool options. And the beach is one of the few swimmable areas (strong currents elsewhere). View looks out to the Arch. Condo is on ground floor and in perfect location in the very center. Extremely safe. Lots of security. Private concierge just a text away. Very easy and safe to get cabs. Bring cash. Recommendation: Bring lots more cash than you think. There is a 16% tax everywhere, but cash always talks! Everyone accepts dollars. There is an ATM nearby that distributes dollars, but heavy fees. Last comment: We might buy a new mattress after a week sleeping on the super comfy bed in the master room!!!Zero complaints. We will be back

as nice as it looks in the pictures!

I'm always a little suspicious of VRBOs... they have been hit and miss for us. Sometimes the pics in the listing turn out to have been very "optimistic" when we arrive. Well that's not the case here at all. This villa was very nice. The master bathroom alone... WOW! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the AC was cool. La Estancia staff was super helpful. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help with any issues. The gym was surprisingly nice too. Everything at this resort is top notch. We found that walking in to "town" (marina area) was much easier on the road than on the beach. Decent sidewalks, a little shade, and not nearly the calf workout of slogging over the sand. We took a "wildlife watching" trip one day (apparently whale watching season doesn't officially open until December 15), and saw so many whales that we got tired of seeing whales ;-). Overall great stay!

great room but AC problems

Really enjoyed the room. Spacious. Lots of supplies left behind and we left some too. AC didn’t work in kids room and the AC was very loud in the living room. Maintenance that they fixed it once but the problem continue that same night. The door handle from the master bedroom to the living room was miss functioning and at what point we got locked in our bedroom for about five minutes because we couldn’t get the door open. One of our local friends wasn’t able to come up and play cards with us because the guard at the front gate said if he stayed past 10 PM he would be charged a fee. . This seemed very juvenile and after spending what we spent, I don’t like to be treated like a child. Plus, the room we rented sleeps eight and we only had six with us. Aside from those few issues, it really was a beautiful resort and the communication with the condo owner was very good. The staff by the pool were fantastic and the location is excellent. We would definitely rent there again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property is truly beautiful. The location of this unit is PERFECT! We enjoyed not having to take any stairs or wait for the elevators. The grounds around the property are very pretty to look at. Nothing is far and the quick walk to the beach was easy!! I am big on safety and with two kids, we felt extremely safe. The kids ran around and went back and forth from the beach to the pool and to the condo. The only thing that is a bit annoying is the people who try to sell you stuff on the beach. You do start to learn to put your ear buds on and say "no gracias" a lot. The beach is delightful and fun to float in the water with floaties!! As for the condo, it is beautifully decorated and wonderful for your family or friends to enjoy. We especially enjoyed grilling every day and eating at the large table on the patio. There was plenty of places for us all to sit and relax. We were able to get all our food at Walmart, which is very close. We also went to the wine/liquor store, next to Walmart, and got wine that we all enjoyed. The staff at the property are wonderful. When we first got there we wanted to grill. There was no gas in the grill tank. We asked for it to be replaced and it was immediately. We didn't eat often at the restaurants on property because we enjoyed eating on the patio. The jetted tub in the master bath was lovely to soak in after a long day at the beach!! Taking a cab was easy from the property to go to the Marina and was only $9. The hot tubs are close by and very relaxing with a gorgeous view. All in all, our family had a wonderful vacation at an amazing property with first class accommodations and service. We can't wait to go back next year!!!
