In a quiet area on the second floor without elevator, come and enjoy this little cocoon that I have just bought. The renovation work is complete. A stone's throw from the beach. Ideal for two (mezzanine bedroom) or three (sofa bed in living room). You bring sheets and clean when you leave. South-east balcony. Everything can be done on foot (beaches, restaurant, shops). For train travellers: at Caen train station take bus 101 which brings you to the foot of the apartment.
