Located in the Westshore district, this home is tucked away on a quiet residential street.

Complete with HEATED pool, Private yard, Cabana/guesthouse, outdoor fireplace, High-end appliances & a space so comfortable you will have a hard time leaving!


Bedding Configuration:
1 King Bed-Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed- Middle Bedroom
1 Queen Bed- Front Bedroom
2 Twin Beds- 2 High end memory foam folding beds for living area stored in bedroom closets
1-Queen Bed in Guest House

TV's are located in each bedroom and Guest house.

All House Rules are listed in the Vacation Rental Agreement as well as our "Welcome Guide" all rules are strictly enforced. They are common sense items but have the need to spell it all out(mostly since every rule has been born from someone doing something stupid : )

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

Total of 4 ensuite bedrooms! 3 Bedrooms/ 3 full baths in the main home. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath. There is also a detached guest/pool house with an additional studio and en-suite bath. The guest house has a kitchenette as well.(This home is listed with and without the guesthouse- see listing ID 2791676 for only the main home)

Great Location & Beautifully Remodeled Home

We truly enjoyed this property, great location and very safe! Beautiful renovation, loved the kitchen and bathrooms, tasteful decor and layout. The ONLY complaint we have was the beds. The master bed was two twins/full combined to make a king size bed. This set up doesn’t work well for couples who actually like to sleep together. With a property this nice, splurge on the mattress ($1500) to offer something comfortable for your guests!

The bed in the master is a $6000 mattress. It is 2 "twins" because it has an adjustable base. Wish you would have asked. It is not some boxed mattress where we haphazardly threw together 2 twin beds. Please dont make assumptions.

Beautiful Executive Level Home

Very nice home that is definitely executive level with great amenities. We loved the privacy of the ensuites to each bedroom and the high quality of the appliances and furnishings. The listing does indicate that it sleeps 10 but we paid an additional guest fee for a group of 9. The pool house/cabana is a great addition however it is lacking any place to hang clothing and the bathroom is quite small so it is not ideal for larger guests. Considering the beauty and high quality of the home the condition and cleanliness of the patio was disappointing - broken furniture and mildew on cushions. Also, the front bedroom windows which are over the driveway is missing a shade or curtain. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and because we have family in the area we plan to stay again in the future.

Great Stay

Very well located property. The management team is clearly very good at what they do, as they managed the property with perfection. They also maintained a very clean home. The one thing that is to note is that the pool is only heated during winter months, so although it wasn't warm out, the pool wasnt either.

Thank you Jacob! We are actually changing the pool heat rule to accommodate guests during cold snaps. The pool will be heated year long to 85-87 degrees.
