Welcome to charming Heron Cove located in the well sought after Mallard Lakes community.

Our space:
- Main floor offers a full Kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining area, washer & dryer, living room, & lakefront sunroom - perfect for picking crabs, enjoying morning coffee, or an evening cocktail!
- Upstairs you’ll feel comfortable with two bedrooms (4 beds) and a large full bathroom.
- Also enjoy our outdoor shower after a day at the pool/ beach and a storage closet equipped with chairs, games, and other beach vacation necessities!
*please note linens will not be provided for the 2024 season. We can suggest a local linen rental service if interested*

Our community is Shore-to-Please the whole family with endless amenities:
- Relax, swim, and work on your tan at one of our TWO community pools.
- Get active on our tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, Pickle-ball court or Volleyball court
- Enjoy a social laid back game of shuffleboard or horse shoes.
- BBQ at one of our TEN picnic areas complete with charcoal grills.

**An additional mandatory fee is required for parking & amenity use. $90 for up to 6 guests for a full week, payable upon arrival at the clubhouse. During the off season, when the pools are closed, the fee is reduced. Fees are mandatory and nonrefundable. Please bring cash or check for pass.

My family and I had a great stay. The townhouse is in a nice community with a good location. We had a few small issues but Nicole was very prompt with all of her responses and we had everything solved quickly. Would definitely go back again!

We enjoyed our stay in Mallard Lake The property was very clean and communication with the owner was excellent. We were there for our son‘s wedding at Bayside. This was very convenient.

Wonderful stay!

Clean, nicely decorated, and in a great location! Quick communication from owner regarding a chair that was broken prior to our arrival, and other than a few little details like knobs missing from cabinets, it was a really nice place and perfect for a family with kids. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
