In the heart of a small "Cap Azure" residence and a landscaped park, treat yourself to the FULL SEA VIEW and the SWIMMING POOL (open from April 15 to September 30 and heated from June 15 to September 15) just in front of your terrace.
This comfortable apartment, located on the 1st floor with its south-facing living room, is perfectly equipped for 4 people. The beach of Cap Coz is accessible opposite at 30 metres. You have your private parking space at the foot of the building. The nautical centre of Fouesnant-les Glénan awaits you 200 metres from the apartment to practice any water activity.
A bedroom with sleeping accommodation for 2 people, a living room with a television screen and sleeping accommodation for 2 other people, an equipped kitchen area, a bathroom and a separate toilet make up the apartment.
A terrace with table and chairs will allow you to fully enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and the heated swimming pool from May 15 to September 15.

Hallo zusammen, das Apartment ist klein, aber sehr schön und der Blick ist atemberaubend. Der Pool vor dem Balkon kann nur von 10-19 Uhr benutzt werden, sodass man in Ruhe Frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann. Tolle Gegend zum Wandern oder einfach nur am Strand liegen. Parkplatz ist eng, aber gleich um die Ecke. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet, aber zweckmäßig. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt und die Betten sind eher zu hart als zu weich! Insgesamt kann man dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen .

Très belle prestation tant au niveau de la location conforme à l'annonce et agréable, qu'au niveau de l'emplacement: piscine propre et accessible, plage à deux pas, vue mer splendide, sentier de rando, piste cyclable... Yannic est joignable et réactif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amies!
