Spacious 2 bedroom condo located in a nice and safe neighborhood . 400 mbps WiFi available . Condo has a 4K Roku TV with free Netflix & HBO. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, rice maker, crockpot, dishes and silverware. Kitchen essentials provided include salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oil and coffee. There is a community pool which is shared by the neighbors in the community.

This is a very good size 2 bedroom condo. It has two good size bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a very good size living room.

This is a condominium.
You can access the pool area during daylight hours. Please keep in mind that this is a Shared Pool and other people will have access to it as well.
You can park on the street if there is space. You will also be assigned one parking space which is located in the back of the building. Please use only the assigned parking space or street parking.
Other things to note
There are security cameras outside around the building which will be turned on during your stay.

Don't, just don't

Host is non communitive. Had to track him down thru vrbo to get address & entry code. Got there and going up the stairs we were accompanied by a roach (the first of many). Nowhere on his posting does it show or say that its 2 story or that there are steps down to the unit. This would be helpful for people like me who cannot do stairs as Im handicapped & use a walker. All beds are upstairs along with the only shower!!! Had this been disclosed, we would have chosen another location. Had we not been in CA for my mothers funeral, i would have probably left once the roaches started showing up. Overall the place itself was decent, but the host & roaches were not. Awful stay
