A contemporary, detached cottage, adjoining the owners' house, in a quiet location near the banks of the Erdre River, yet close to Nantes (public transport: tram-train station a 10-minute walk away or tram access by car).

A 16 m² private terrace and a 200 m² unfenced garden, with access to a wooded park with mature trees, enclosed and shared with the owners. Private parking for two cars, and a fast charging point for electric vehicles (on request).
Ground floor: kitchen/living room (pellet stove), living room/bedroom (double bed 140x190 + sofa bed 160x200) and washbasin, one bedroom (two single beds 90x190 that can be joined) with washbasin, and a shower room with toilet. Amenities included: Wi-Fi access, hairdryer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, cot/high chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). No TV.

Included: linens and electricity.

Not included: wood pellet heating, bed linen (€5/person), towels (€5/person), and tourist tax.
