Quiet vacation apartment in the countryside with balcony

Our apartment is located on the northern edge of the beautiful Bergisches Land in Velbert / Tönisheide.

In a rural location, hiking trails and the newly created panoramic bike path are in the immediate vicinity. And yet you can reach the cities of Wuppertal, Essen, Düsseldorf, Bochum, Dortmund and Cologne in 20 to 40 minutes by car.
A good starting point for exploring the Ruhr area and its surroundings, visiting trade fairs, visiting musicals, etc.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, about 80 square meters and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony (smoking is allowed there).
A parking space in front of the house is one of them.

and restaurants are in the center of Tönisheide (approx. 1 km).
There is also a connection to local public transport (VRR).

Schöne, große, saubere FeWo. Ruhig gelegen. Für den ersten Tag gibt es zum Waschen, Duschen, Kaffee, Tee. Es gibt Handtücher und Bettwäsche und sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein. Sehr schöne Natur. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto mühelos zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und auch super gelegen um z.B.Essen, Düsseldorf und Dortmund zu erreichen. Leider ist die Dusche soooo winzig und dann nur mit einem Duschvorhang versehen....obwohl das Bad recht groß war, mit einer Glastür versehen, wäre das Duschen angenehmer. Und das die Küchenverkleidung fehlte fanden wir auch nicht schön, aber die Fewo ist allgemein ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Für unseren" Zwischenurlaub "war es aber ok.

Kurz, aber äußerst angenehm

Leider waren wir nur für eine Übernachtung in der Wohnung, so dass wir gar nicht so viel von der umfangreichen Ausstattung nutzen konnten. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht - von der Küche über das Wohnzimmer bis hin zu Schlafzimmern und Bad. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

An der Ferienwohnung ist die Sauberkeit ein Kriterium was man hervorheben muß. Als weiteres kann man sagen das alles vorhanden ist was man so braucht. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett. Wenn man was braucht einfach bei Ihr melden. Negative Sachen hab ich einfach nicht gefunden.
