Nit picky renters with new investment/possible primary residence home.

If you enjoy having people listening in on your conversations then this is the house for you! Several cameras around and probably inside the house. The owners repeatedly told us how much money they just put into remodeling this home and as soon as we broke a rule they were knocking on the front door saying that they were LISTENING TO OUR CONVERSATIONS and tried to kick us out, even after we had solved the issue(friends who brought pets were asked to leave, and were off the property promptly). There are several locked doors everywhere inside. The windows have either NO CURTAINS or see-through curtains even in bedrooms and bathrooms(the family home behind us is definitely scarred..sorry)! The “brand new” stairs were made way too short and we have problems on them daily. They said past renters broke their trust and now they trust no one. I don’t know why they wasted so much paper making signs all over the place, she was sending me reminders and asking for information about us. Overall I don’t think these people are mentally equipped to have a rental home. *I have difficulty believing previous reviews are authentic because the house is still not finished and I don’t see how people could have stayed here before us during construction. *Check out is 10am, NOT 11am as stated on the listing. On the plus side, they decorated nice outside for winter and I love the houseplants!
